I would never consider you to buy at the store this is the worst experience I ever had they have a policy of no refund which they don’t let you know prior to purchase I went to the store I change my mind they didn’t want to give me my money back when they finally decide to give me my money back they charge me again for some thing that they supposed to refund me this store is run horribly they say that the owner is never around but he’s in his office the people that work there can’t fix anything they’ll tell you you have to call the owner this is the worst store you can buy from and I’m not even exaggerating I took my time I waited almost a week and my money was still not in my bank it kept on saying it’s my bank it’s not them when I call my bank they say they didn’t see anything nobody knows anything it’s always a back-and-forth between the employees and the owner they have no respect for people offer the hard earn moneyIf I could give them a rating that’s less than a one star I would.

Don’t ever buy at this store watch out for their no refund policy they will take your money and keep it for as long as they can. While they lie and lie to you over and over nobody in the store know how to do their job.

Although the quality of items seem beautiful however the durability fail,if you looking for them to repair or replace anything you purchase its off subject. They not only go around bushes with you they also drop your call and if you happened to show up for in person conversation the owner or manager just happened to be unavailable and don't bother to leave a message they would not return your calls. I gave them 2 start for wonderful sale person they have working for them. They do not refund your money only store credit and no insurance on your furniture purchases their sale are final.

This company is really bad with their service I ordered my bed and I still didn’t get bed and it been a year now and the bed is fully payed off but they don’t know how to do business the right way they lack a lot I don’t want you guys doing the same and wasting your money and time

After waiting over 20 minutes for someone to help me, I then was not able to purchase what I wanted because of lack of inventory. Although they have a variety of selections, the quantity is not there. They made no effort in ordering it for me. I'd return if I was about to buy curtains for 1 window. The prices were reasonable.

Nobody showed up or called for our scheduled appointment today.I emailed the company which they said was faster than trying to call and reach someone by phone. When wasI finally able to reach someone at the company they person you would call me with an ETA. Nobody ever called!!This company is referred by Office Depot and backed by them.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
