Fantastic service, courteous employees, and quite the inventory. This is a great hardware store with unique items you can't find elsewhere. Also if your a fisherman they are well stocked with supplies and live bait. Thumbs up in my book.

Two days ago my wife and I purchased shiners from this store. Every time the manager gets them we end up with half a bucket of dead shiners. Two days ago my wife came back with a full bucket of dead shiners. When I called the manager screamed at me that I was lying and he doesn’t give dead fish. He told me to come get my refund. I returned today for my refund and was told I couldn’t purchase anything from the store anymore. Refused to refund or serve my wife and I. The only time we get good service is when the young man with long black hair is working. To simply deny service because your pride is hurt is horrible

This place seems to have the little odds and ends you need without having to go all the way to Lowe’s or Ace Hardware. As expected, prices higher than you would expect at the other places but to be expected

Very nice young man came out and helped me with my propane needs. Very polite. Even loaded my 2nd tank up into my truck (I had lifted first tank before he started filling 2nd tank). I was a little disappointed when I was advised a flat rate to fill regardless of amount of propane still inside tank. I could have held off a week and saved 28.00. Next time I’ll go to bare minimum propane left inside before refilling. It was a nice drive from Sturbridge.

If you are looking for the smaller items generally found in Ace Hardware-type places, try here. The staff is extremely nice & helpful. You can also buy your bait here, handy if you are going out on East Brimfield Lake. They fill propane & sell wood here as well as handmade wooden dog houses & they also make keys. and FRESH COFFEE

Anything you need they have it. If they don't they'll get it for you. This is the one last True place on earth where customer satisfaction matters. They stayed open late for because they knew I needed a specific key made. Top notch staff. Always willing to help. If it's getting close and dont know if you'll make it before they close. Call ahead they'd appreciate the business. Love this place. Always Always go here before anywhere.

Local hardware store. Friendly, knowledgeable employees. Open 7 days a week until 8pm. Many times I have been in the middle of a project, realize I'm in need of something (s) and 9.9 times out of 10 - they carry it. I prefer supporting a local biz, instead of having to make a long drive to a big box store - where it is almost impossible to locate an employee, never mind a piece of hardware that fits my need.
