“When it comes to customer service I give a 10/10! I would like to thank the manager CJ for accommodating me! I’m in my 8th month of pregnancy and CJ put me in handicap parking for my 34 hour reset and said if I needed anything to notify management. That truly meant a lot to me and I’m also going to mention this great deed to corporate. The entire facility was very clean and the other employees customer service skills were impeccable as well. I must say this Pilot has a great team!!!”

“Excellent services right off the Mass Pike. Shop has plenty of food, drink and snack options with a large comfy seating area for you to enjoy them in. There’s toilets and emergency car supplies like washer fluid. Also has a Burger ? King and Dunkin’ Donuts ?”
“Can't speak for the truck drivers and their experiences, but for a person whom drives their personal car for work this is a pretty clean and stocked place. Gas is always 10 cents more cheaper than the mobile down the street. Very good selection of beverages and to.go snacks.”

“Great store. Very busy most of the time. I credit the team of female employees that work here often, especially in the earlier part of the day. They are very energetic, super friendly & clearly care about customer service. They go above & beyond to ensure customer's have a positive experience each time they visit here. They range in age & all very hard working ladies, from what I've seen. They do have a well stocked store where you can get what you need, whether it's coffee (hot or iced) or other beverages, snacks or lunch on the go, tobacco, gas, lottery + more. Clean, public restrooms that always have toilet paper, soap, paper towels & baby changing stations. Great gas prices, among the lowest in town. You can also get fountain drinks or coffee for under $1! Very fair pricing. Cheaper than most convenience stores. The bakery items such as muffins, donuts are always fresh...which surely isn't the case at other stores. Highly recommend this stop for gas, snacks, or whatever you need. They even have a self checkout station.”

“This place is really nice. It has a lot of snacks and a lot of drinks to choose from. The staff would be really nice to me but I don’t know about everyone else but the staff is usually really nice and kind. I would go here again if I’m craving snacks like chips, chocolates, cereal bars, also drinks, ice cream and a lot more. I personally recommend people to come here.”
“The gas station has cheap gas, but the real gem is the automotive repair facility they have in the back. Those guys are top notch. Highly recommended for their quality, honesty, and ability to work with your budget. Any time I have any issue with my vehicles I call these guys 1st”

“Just want to say thank you to Heidi for going above and beyond today and refilling my stepsons medication right away and not making us wait any longer (we had to wait an extra day for it to be ordered) I was very grateful and my poison ivy covered stepson was also very grateful to be able to start to get some relief. She squeezed in the refill right before they left for lunch on a Friday so he could have it in time before leaving for a boyscout trip. I’m sure she had a million other things to do. The extra mile was not unnoticed, so thank you again!”
