The only saving grace to the experience were the two gentlemen who took care of me when the app failed repeatedly to check me out and check me in.”

My reservation was given to other people by the customer service in that office even though I called them to confirm the reservation before I came. When I questioned it, I was told that the reservation was first come first serve which I think was very wrong. I did have very good treatment at U-Haul Moving & Storage At Mass Ave Boston though.”
“I had a u box and thought it was n one location, but was then told Somerville and went to the other uhaul.It ended up being at this one and I didn't know you had to call ahead to empty it out.Fortunately it was on the earlier side of a sat and they were not busy, so they pulled my box out so I could empty it.They seriously did me a solid and the right thing as it would probably be easy to just say you need to make a reservation.The guy who pulled the box was spot on... a couple of times I needed to talk to someone in the office, they were more interested in the pats game than helping me, but I only mention that as you'll probably not want to go during that time (or maybe it's a good time as it was slow?!?)”
“Negative reviews don't align with my experienceOnly criticism I have is placement of plastic trash barrel next to Customer Service entranceAllston/Brighton has vicious Rat problem - that can be verified with city 6-1-1 - it has little to do with how clean/dirty area is; that being said, there are necessary steps/interventions to control issueRats are like hybrid, steroid, small dog sized, bold & disease-ridden - be very mindful entering/exiting after darkAs I approached to toss Starbucks trash in, whole barrel shook & moved - I knew exactly what it was & warned Customer Service Staff & other customers Cardboard is literal Rat Candy, so of course they lurk around U-Haul but a steel trash barrel with a lid or even more mindful placement away from Customer Entrance would be helpful (Rats can't chew thru steel - they literally eat thru plastic barrels - this one is no exception)Staff were very helpful - Isaiah checked me in answering all questions, explaining details as well as upgrading & discounting rental - didn't catch name of man processing return but he too was very helpful & mindful of expenses- excellent Customer Service Equipment was clean & well-maintained as wellMy experience was excellent Highly recommend Brighton location”
