I would give them 10 stars. My sewing machine's circuit board started billowing smoke. I ordered 3 different new machines and all were not up to par, I wanted my old machine fixed. I returned all the others and set out on finding someone who could repair my old machines circuit board. The only place that thought they could fix it was Tech Rescue and they fixed it! I was so impressed. It works as good as new and I am so pleased. Thank you Tech Rescue!

TechRescue has saved my life with phones and laptops a few times. They’re very communicative, attentive to detail and willing to work with you to figure out the best options moving forward with repairs, not to mention a million times more affordable than other options in the area.

I had a strange problem with my TMobile phone and a few shops I visited would not take it for a repair. The TechRescue guys checked the phone and said they needed a few days to give me a full diagnosis and cost. Next day I got a call, the price was reasonable, and a few days later I got another call that the phone was fixed. The phone works well, next time I have a problem I'll start with them.

Upon my arrival with my phone I informed them that there was no sound and cellular data wasn’t connecting due to water, (everything else was fine) I could access my phone, photos, etc. After 2 days without a call I went to check in and was told that the phone no longer works at all and won’t turn on. They should have disclosed this possibility at the initial drop off. Bad business practice and wrong attitude! I handed my iPhone to them on and working, I got it back dead. I don’t recommend this place to nobody.

TechRescue replace the glass screen on my iPad Air 2. Very fast turnaround as I was leaving on vacation. Reasonable price. I would highly recommend this shop.

Each and every one of the TechRescuers are good-hearted, talented people who do top tier work at very reasonable costs. Curt is the one you'll likely chat with, and he does his utmost to help you with whatever issue your tech may be having. If it's a special problem, he typically has some sort of specialist to see to it---(at least this what I've seen in my 10+ years experience with them during my time living in Boston)
This lot is my go to! Nuff said!

Bottom line up front: I can't recommend Techrescue enough, will use them again, and refer my friends to them. I've used them twice now: (1) to replace case damage to a 10-year old laptop (dropped it) -- which required finding parts and some ad hoc repairs. (2) to replace the battery in a "thin and light" ASUS Zenbook. I've been around computing for 40 years, have built my own systems, etc. Except for getting the parts, I might have been able to do the repair (but been there, done that, and didn't want to do that again). The Zenbook was an entirely different story! I have no clue how they even got the case open (thermal separation long the edge like certain fruit-named mobile phones?). When I walked in, staff were working with =microscopes= on printed circuit boards -- props to them. Again, great people and great resource.

I was desperately looking for someone to save my laptop from water damage after it stopped working. After reading the other reviews for TechRescue, I decided to go with them. I dropped off my laptop late Friday afternoon and received a text on Monday morning that it was ready. The repair cost was way lower than expected, especially considering that some components of my laptop needed to be replaced, and everything was restored to its previous state with all of my data intact. The team also answered all of my questions and was incredibly friendly. Do yourself a favor and go with TechRescue.

Went here because I couldn't login to my Windows computer and it didn't allow me to change the password. Dropped off my machine-they were super friendly and they texted within 2 hours to say it was all set! I'm a writer and hadn't backed up all of my writing....I paid what they originally quoted me and it was well worth it!!!! Very reasonable!!!! Just sorry I didn't go earlier because I spent days trying to troubleshoot it myself. Don't hesitate to use them! Also: amazing pizza a few doors down...give that business some love while you're in the neighborhood!
