I have used Boston Pedorthic as my main source of shoes and foot support for at least 4 of the last 5 years. They have provided me with an excellent shoe and custom molded inserts of the highest quality. Their products make my feet happier! The staff is very professional and has treated me with great respect. It is a joy to work with them! They have my highest recommendation.”

“I got a pair of 1080 V12’s and couldn’t be happier. Excellent fit! I exchanged a pair of Hoka’s that were giving me arch issues.The manager exchanged them no questions asked. I tried on about 8 pairs of shoes until I found one that fit perfectly. The staff was super friendly and very patient! I would recommend anyone looking to find a good fit to come here. A+ service!!”

“I've been to Orchard a few times now, and I've loved it every time. My boyfriend is more into skateboarding than me, but they've always treated me with kindness regardless. The shop is clean, has a great selection, and everyone who works there knows their stuff. I actually just ordered a pair of Converse CONS Fastbreak Pros and they shipped almost immediately and got to me in record time! They arrived in pretty much perfect condition, not even a dent in the box. Definitely will buy from here again next time I need a pair of kicks!”

“I had a really positive experience shopping at this location for sneakers. I was helped by Bella. I didn't feel any pressure to buy something or rushed (which I experience at other Marathon Sports locations). Bella was really supportive and easy going. The environment wasn't hectic or distracting (like other locations). I'm really happy with the Saucony sneakers I bought, and I tried on a couple other pairs for the first time that I'm now interested in. I have been to multiple Marathon Sports locations (Wellesley, Lexington, Boston), and Cambridge is not the most convenient for me, but I will definitely return to the Cambridge location in the future when I want to try on sneakers in store. I'm glad I made the trip.”

However, December Thieves management promptly addressed and resolved UPS failure to process and deliver my package. Fortunately, I received my significantly delayed order immediately following December Thieves proactive actions. “Well, you can count on Lesley to steer your gift shopping. Being male and having to buy gifts for a large number of female relatives is not easy. I trust Saks, EB Horn and George's. Their shoppers and selections always save me before birthdays then holidays. Lesley will put together a bag and scarf combo that's perfect. Or summer sandals that say party on the beach. She and her family buy out leftovers from some great stores and if you pay over $100 for any one of their designer finds I'd be shocked. I just bought three winter coats for nieces and two from some hi end German designer I never would've heard of. Or afforded. Going back to ship her night hours for something nice for daughter and mom. Sometimes I just give her dollar amount, number of gals and sizes and voila, shopping done. Can I praise this shop anymore?”

“Reliable and affordable spot for cute clothes for little ones. The quality is very nice and holds up well enough to be passed down to younger friends or siblings if they've got 'em. I wish there were fewer super-gendered graphic designs, but as things are, everything is brightly colored and appealing and my son loves it (and every once in a while, one of those graphic items will be so adorable that it's heartbreaking to give it up when your kid grows out of it). Even if nothing here otherwise appeals to you, the fleece drawstring pants are the best and warmest thing your kiddo can wear in the winter, and are always worth stocking up on. A lot of other baby clothes shops at a lower price point than this do not have clothes with as nice of a fabric or as sturdy of a seaming as Carter's, and Carter's is not expensive in the first place. So anyway - solid shop, nice and patient customer service, non-annoying traffic nearby. Kind of a no-brainer if you have little ones or are shopping for someone else's.”

“Wow the store is impressive! Their new location just down the street from their previous location at 117 First St. Cambridge, MA. Amazing selection of quality shoes for men and women, which is hard to find these days. I bought these super comfortable Samuel Hubbard shoes recommended by the owner. I have bad knees and wanted a stylish comfortable shoe that could be worn for any occasion. These are perfect. Bob is knowledgeable, attentive, honest and patient. Prices are awesome too - better than internet prices. This place is a rare find! I will be back to pick out work boots. ”
