Horrible company, but I already knew they were before finding their company on here. They truly don’t care. I’m in the wrong business because they make a fortune for being soooo rude. It’s not like you chose them .. they clearly chose you. Best of luck with your interactions because they clearly aren’t going anywhere. A lot of businesses use them. It said Robert’s but Franks was the tow company - they all work together. They all will be in Hell together.

Last night around 10:15 one of their trucks was rushing down Commonwealth Avenue near Griggs st and I was waiting before crossing the street and thank God I did it was driving over the speed limit and the back part of the tow truck ( I'm not an expert on the names of these Parts but it was an extension of the truck used for Towing - a very large piece of black colored metal) swung like over 45° towards me and almost hit me. Also I do believe if you ever get towed by these guys at a certain liquor store that's quite well known in the neighborhood I think they may have set up some sort of agreement with the owner, other people told me this is not the only location be careful parking in Allston in general

These non humane people are just drug addicted, no sympathy or any kindness, pure evil. We work hard for our money and we make mistakes no need to rip us off like this, what I made in two days they took it in 5 minutes,

Towed us for parking in a spot we paid for, cost us $170. Complete scam of a "business"

Robert's did not give me a receipt as required by law when I gave them the $150 in cash to release the car. They were reprimanded by the DPU for this action when I reported them. The car was towed from the Esperia Grill, 344 Washington Street, Brighton, MA 02135. The Esperia Grill does not display proper tow signs, for the lot they own. Enclosed is a picture of the area in which I parked.

Someone definitely was inside my car when they towed it. My phone holder was removed and face down on the dashboard. Someone had clearly knocked it off the vent. When I asked they said they don't go in the cars. Obviously there's no way to prove it but stay out of people's cars please. I get that they are a business trying to make money and nobody wants their car towed but maybe start taking credit cards... it's 2024. Taking cash only and having an ATM on site just isn't a good look. Comes off a little scummy.

Robert, Frank or whoever the hell they are today… they’re rude and deplorable. I called for information about where my vehicle was being taken and was yelled at by the nasty man who answered the phone. When I finally found out the location. The man had an even nastier attitude in person and told us to read the sign for pricing then proceeded to charge us MORE than the sign said. These people will be hearing from my lawyers. Disgusting attitudes, dishonest people who treat CERTAIN people differently.

Towed from an area with a sign stating no parking during certain hours. I got towed just after 1 am...NOT DURING the towing hours...I showed him the photo of the sign. He scratched his head, paused, and said it doesn't matter because it's a private lot and he can tow from there at any hour because he has an agreement with the owner.

Scumbags stole our car, charged us for 24 hours of storage after having it for 15 minutes. $173 out the door so the owner can buy a bigger yacht.

Towing cars because the sticker was not sealed all the way to my car window? These guys are the worse, walk around with their cigarettes in their mouths and check the parking sticker like hawks with their beat up tow trucks that probably have not been cleaned for years. They have nothing better to do than find ANY reason to tow, even if you properly paid and had everything displayed. Their office is ghetto and smells like weed.

My vehicle hadn't left the property yet and they wouldn't drop it despite me asking them to drop it. I had cash in hand willing to pay them a drop fee and they refused and towed it to their location where I then had to walk 30 minutes to go pick up my car. I couldn't even ride with the guy. And then it was $148 to get my car back from them. There were NO SIGNS saying that I couldn't park where I parked behind the CVS. Absolutely unbelievable and unfriendly in every way despite me being kind and patient.Service: Car towing

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Robert’s/Frank’s towing. Their customer service was shockingly rude, and I'm appalled by their behavior. They almost ran over us just to hook up my car before I could open the door (probably because if the driver tried to hook up my car after i was on it, they would’ve get lost $150 that they charged me). Their employees treated me with disrespect and abuse. Mostly the truck driver, who seemed so angry that I host scared he was going to punch me in the face. I started calling the police for the driver and he started to tow my car as he was running away. I got so nervous and worried with my mom that I just hung up with the police. It's unacceptable to be so unprofessional, aggressive and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this towing company to anyone (even if your car brakes) I came to google to see their reviews and I couldn’t be impressed that this company has the WORST reviews ever when I compared with other towing companies in the area; they need a serious attitude adjustment. What is funny is that I was towed 3 years ago because of a snow emergency and the company who towed me was SO polite that I had NO problems paying the fine and getting my car out of there. Conclusion: Are those reviews because the customers are so mad because they were towed or because this company doesn’t really care about being humans and treating people with respect?
