But you are not forced any way or another. Very experienced and pleasant experience, I recommend.Also, if you get a screen protector, you have UNLIMITED warranty, just $10 for replacement. “One name: Julia Locke. 85 middlesex turnpike #3020. That's the store you are going to want to go to if your reading this. Julia was the only wireless specialist working the day I came in. I had just had my S21 Ultra fixed around the corner, but they jacked up the Sim card reader and sent me to the at&t store around the corner. Julia was amazing. She worked on troubleshooting my phone while educating me during the process. Girl has a heart of gold, very professional, and a great personality. She got my phone back up and running after trying a few things. I appreciated her patience. I've seen associates give up after one or two tries, then try to sell you another phone. Julia, you are awesome, and I hope at&t and senior management understand what they have in you. You keep up the great work. You gave me a little more faith in AT&T.”
