With no explanation why, the owner told me to never come back. I had been going there for wash & fold since the pandemic. Suddenly, and for no reason, he tells me he won't do my laundry anymore. Unbelievable. I'm speechless as nothing like this has ever happened to me before.

My boyfriend needed his fancy slacks dry cleaned because we were too scared to mess it up, to which we decided to get it dry cleaned. We were expecting a $$$ fee as other places seemed expensive, but this place was really well-priced and affordable! They also did a great job in getting the stains out and there were no wrinkles or complaints on our end. The shop seems to be family-owned and they are very quick with everything (ours took 3 days). We are definitely coming back here!

Big mistake coming here. Messy and dirty is an understatement. The large machine did not provide an adequate amount of water for washing and rinsing. In addition my "hot wash" was ice cold. When I asked the owner why they didn't provide hot water she just scowled and said, "We do!" I had to wash everything again at another laundry.

Unlike the photos it's a bit messy inside but it does the job and everything works. $4 for a top loader but the location is convenient as there's not another laundry nearby except Cleveland Circle. They do wash & fold and dry cleaning I think. Seems to be family run and they have their mother with them and take care of her-that was impressive in today's world.

Machines are awful, ends up costing 10 dollars to wash and dry one load in the coin machines. On top of ripping you off with their machines, they will be rude to you and judge you while you're going about your business

Great neighborhood laundromat. I live right around the corner and don't have a washer/drier in the unit or building, so this convenient location helps me a ton!They have a quarters machine for in-store use only and the one time it wasn't taking my money, the attendant got me quarters from the cash register.I've had no issues here and I handle my clothes on my own. My only wish/suggestion is that they would integrate a money card system rather than using quarters. It would allow me to load as much money on a card at once and not have to worry about bringing cash/quarters.

Goodbye forever Missing Sock! I was just becoming fond of you! You are the cheapest in the area and your employees are doing their best! But today was the second time I witnessed the owner coming in and ranting terrible things, and after he managed to be racist, anti-Semitic, transphobic, AND homophobic in the space of an hour, I'm never going back!

I'm deeply grateful for this laundromat staying open- especially during this COVID-19 crisis. This laundromat is a straight up service. Coin-Op and laundry service too. I usually just use their coin machine washer and dryer. Plenty of working machines- haven't had an issue before.

It's cheap. They need to clean their washing machines. $3/wash load. Wash fold dry is $1.20/lb with a 15 pound minimum. The washing fold dry service has a good turn around, usually a day or two. Unfortunately, I've found new stains that look like grease spots on my clothes after using either service multiple times. They need to clean their machines.
