Life saver!I've been trying to replace my broken phone since yesterday, I went to another store and they kept trying to push me a $600 phone full of stuff I don't need)Found this store by accident today and the girl working there was great, she talked me through the options and helped me find something that wasn't crazy expensive but would still work for what I do.I'm not very knowledgeable about phones so I appreciate them being honest and helping me figure it out what works for me.

I came to this store in a critical situation: I had lost my Verizon SIM and was locked out of my number (for personal and private reasons). The store managed went above and beyond to resolve the situation. He mediated the communication between me and the original owner of my personal number and transferred it to METRO, making me the owner of my personal number.This goes to show how out their way they will go to help you, especially in critical situations. Being locked out of your personal phone number is a daunting experience. I'm glad this store was around to help me out.

Hi I'm Jani I work at this store, and I wanted to let you guys know that there is a public parking lot very accessible to this store, less than 1min walk, just across the street in market st. You can park there for 2 hours. I'm attaching some pictures so it's easy to find.Nós também falamos Português, Espanol e Capeverdean creole (kriolu di caboverdi).

I'll tell you one thing the only problem I had with Metro what do you have to take they lie to me but every month pay the bill no problems T-Mobile keeps changing my price to go higher and higher hasn't been one month that I haven't had problems with them you guys compared to them you are King
