Great service and communication. Took my Saab 9-3 to get keys programmed and I really appreciated how transparent they were about pricing (unbeatable in the area!) and the process. Cannot recommend it enough.

Mecca Motors is amazing. I daily a 2008 Saab which isn’t the most practical choice, and I emailed recently with some concerning issues. What another shop said would take several days to fix depending on availability of parts Anthony and Chuck were able to resolve in just a day. If you live in the Boston area and drive a Saab, I don’t know why you’d take your car anywhere but here.

for Saab owners the only place to go. I had my car dying suddenly--took it to one place, put new battery and alternator, another place something else. Mecca motors figured it out. I bring my car there for everything now, they are honest and fair and will tell you when something is not worth fixing.
