Temesghen greeted me immediately so kindly, which right away changed my mindset. Within just a few minutes, he was able to perform a soft-reset and my phone was operational again. “This place is absolutely amazing. It has everything that Hobby lobby and Radio shack use to have. It has all sorts of electronic pieces and parts. Lots of audio, lighting podcasting equipment and also computer parts like fans, old motherboards, all type of circuit boards. The staff were also extremely helpful in giving technical suggestions and sharing past projects. I really hope it stays open since it might not get a lot of traffic. It is a real hidden gem and worth the drive.”

“Just had a great experience getting a new TV at HHS. They first overcame a hurdle that was too much for a certain big box chain store, proving to the extremely cautious management of our new residence, a large condo building, that they had sufficient insurance to be allowed into our building, by filling out the necessary forms, having them endorsed by their insurance company, and very quickly getting them into the hands of building management. Neil at HHS, even after I was ready to buy the particular TV I wanted, took the time to check the manuals of our existing receiver and speakers to make sure the installers knew exactly how to configure everything. Then the installers, Brian and Perfecto, got it set up quickly, with the latter coming back the next day to make some adjustments and show us how to make other ones ourselves if we so choose. All that at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased.”

They answered all the questions and concerns I had. The transition was fast, efficient and transparent. 10/10 customer service. I highly recommend this store!”

“A company that leads the world in AI technology, still manages to get one thing right thankfully. Customer service is still a necessity in life, always has been, and will always be. My Pixel 9 Pro XL was affected by the green line and the screen was black, making it impossible to use my phone.
Thankfully a live Google store is available in Boston, with helpful and professionally competent staff. The technician that serviced my phone named Wednesday, was confident and assured me that he would resolve the issue. I'm so greatful for his help in fixing my phone and it looks and works amazing.

“Today was honestly one of the worst days I’ve had in a long time.
I came in planning to port my number to T-Mobile. The process was extremely rough, frustrating, and in the end, unsuccessful — entirely due to issues left behind by AT&T, not this store.
What made the difference was the people here.
From the moment the staff understood what I was dealing with, they didn’t rush me, dismiss me, or tell me “it’s not our problem.” Instead, they were patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They spent a significant amount of time — nearly an hour — actively trying to troubleshoot and clean up the mess AT&T left behind.
Even though the port ultimately couldn’t be completed, I could clearly see the effort:
They cared
They tried
They treated my problem like it actually mattered
In the end, I had to make the tough decision to abandon my old number and start fresh — and I chose to do that with T-Mobile, because the experience in this store made that choice easy.
Sometimes great service isn’t about magically fixing everything.
It’s about effort, responsibility, and treating people with respect when things go wrong.
