Man at dry cleaning counter was extremely rude. Very sassy for no reason at all. I asked when the dry cleaning would be done and he just pointed at the ticket, very annoyed that I would even ask. Don’t waste your time. There’s a bunch of other dry cleaners in the area.

Truly great tailoring at unmatched prices. I’ve had top Boston tailors touch my clothes, and the alterations have been sloppy and weak. Zoi and Helenē make quick work (a couple days) of clean alterations that *last*. They’ve taken in a dress for me that I would have sworn nobody touched had it not fit PERFECTLY when I tried it on. It looked and felt direct from the dressmaker. And a note of customer service: They’re an independent, no-nonsense establishment. If you slam their dryers, they’ll call you out on it. (Repairs are expensive!) If you lead with joy and kindness, my experience is that they’ll offer it right back.

AVOID! This laundromat is infested with german cockroaches. Egg sacs scattered on the floor, live roaches around the machines. It's BAD.
It's easy to bring these weirdos home with you, and they take a lot of work to get rid of.
I saw someone complained about this seven months ago. If management has done anything, it's clearly not enough.

I haven't been to this laundromat in over a year probably because of a ridiculous incident with the guy many people have had a problem with. I just heard from someone else about an incident with him not even a month ago.
My incident: I showed up an hour and a half or so before closing and started my laundry. When I came back 10 minutes before closing to pick up my dried laundry, the door had been closed and locked. This guy came out and rudely said they shut the doors 10 minutes before closing and to read the sign on the door. There was a small 8.5x11 inch sign on the door I hadn't seen. I told him I hadn't seen it, online it says a different closing time, and to stop giving me a hard time. He proceeded to call me vile names, and I told him off. If the laundromat won't fire him, then we as consumers should take our business elsewhere so they can't afford to pay him anymore. Kiki's down the street works great.

Discrimination and racism, the man refused my service because I am immigrant and from another country, he told me: “I know that you are not local, and do not live far away, I will not serve you and accept your order, go back to your country”. Thank God I couldn’t give them my things because then I found out from the neighbors that they had ruined dozens of things in the area and owed people thousands of dollars of compensation

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this laundry place. They advertise that they close at 10pm, but when I arrived to do my laundry, they made me take my clothes out of the machine and leave because they actually close at 7pm! To make matters worse, they overcharge by forcing you to buy a card and put money on it for every wash. This place is a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the hassle and go to the other laundry around the corner that stays open late.

Large laundry with some staff members who are very helpful, others who are not as helpful. The dryers are not very hot so don't overload them. The drying takes a long time here. They also have a dry cleaner and a well priced tailor. Overall, a clean place that gets the job done and you don't need quarters.

Could not recommend Brighton Laundry in Brighton more! They are AMAZING. I had an urgent dress situation and they were able to fix it within 48 hours. Prices are fair and nicest people!!

I do all of my dry cleaning and wash/fold laundry at this location. I have sent them clothes every single week for over two years. They pay close attention and bring stains to my attention. They have never lost a piece of clothing and have been able to do everything that I've sent them. Perfect service and price.

I needed some clothes dry cleaned asap. Although they were super busy Zoi had my clothes ready 5 hours later! Highly recommend them. Super nice staff as well!
