I knew that my car was in good hands when I saw the high-end vehicles they had in the shop; even though my own car is a budget-friendly classic car, they still treated it with the same car and diligence as the cars worth ten times more.
Having someone damage your car sucks, but Mike’s professional staff made dealing with the aftermath as hassle free as possible. They did a phenomenal job blending in the paint and the repair is totally seamless. I’m also very glad that they offer a detailing package, because now my car looks better than ever! “Wonderful people and my car was in better shape than before the accident (which was not my fault). They kept me well-informed throughout the process, and even cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. They handled all the communication with the other person’s insurance company, and I only had to get involved briefly when the appraiser didn’t show (they found more damages than originally thought once they began working on my car.) Convenient location right off the #73 bus line. Though I hope to never need their services again, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.”

From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth. Even though the person who hit my car had low-quality insurance, Ultra Collision went above and beyond to handle everything.
They were in constant communication with the insurance company and worked tirelessly to increase the amount they were willing to cover for my repair. Their dedication ensured my car was fully restored to perfection.
Before the repairs even started, a separate third-party driver scratched the top of my left rearview mirror. I mentioned it to the owner of Ultra Collision and asked for a quote to repair the scratch. To my surprise, when I got my car back, they had repaired it for free!
On top of that, they made getting a rental car seamless—providing one right when I dropped off my car. When I got my Mercedes back, I was blown away; it looked even better than before the accident!

“We had an incident where the bumper on our Audi A3 got ripped off on the left side. The tail light fell out of it. We needed to get it repaired and we were told by another repair shop that it would take two weeks and cost about $1500. Mac's looked at it and said they felt they could wrangle it back onto the car without us having to replace the entire bumper. What they did LOOKED AMAZING and cost $200. It took just a few hours. RUN to Mac's when you need help. They do awesome work and we were thrilled with the result.”

The folks in the office always have integrity, courtesy and treat customers like people. Writing a review today to thank Jerry and his team for an awesome restoration of my 10-year old car, low mileage, that was sorry-looking with uneven, oxidized paint. It came out like new -- highly recommend detailing here even if you normally don't spend money on that type of luxury. It's well worth trying it to turn a good old car into a good-looking one.”

“I took my car for oil change and back tire replacement. It was to my surprise $1500.00 dollars later they told me the cost would be.?
I was actually very grateful as they did a thorough inspection as they usually do with every oil and filter change. I was told my tyrods also needed replacement as my battery was not working properly. It both could have created safety issues which I am so grateful for repairing. I cannot place a dollar amount on safety. I actually think it was a reasonable price.
I am also happy they did a thorough inspection of the car as it is a 2006 late model. They said everything is working properly which gives me a reassuring feeling.

“Wow!!! I had such an incredible experience here! This is the first time I've ever had to go to an auto body shop so I was quite nervous about choosing the right one, especially since I was paying out of pocket. Got recommended J&K by all my neighbors. Other body shops wanted to replace my entire door, but J&K were confident they could hammer out the dents without me needing to pay for a whole new door panel. Because of this I was able to get a quote that was MUCH lower than other auto body shops were estimating. When I dropped my car off, there was a bit of confusion about the initial quote, but the owner actually ended up promising to do the repairs for a bit *less* than originally quoted. They did an absolutely stellar job! My car looks brand new. They even cleaned/detailed the inside and outside of it thoroughly - I think they even buffed out some minor unrelated scratches. I could not be more happy! And as promised I didn't pay a cent more than we agreed upon. I'll never take my car anywhere else! Thank you!!!”
