The pharmacists were very rude. Made me feel dumb because of a miscommunication. Very unprofessional and not helpful whatsoever. If you can’t work well with customers stay in the back or something. Changing my location, not dealing with these rude and young pharmacists who are clearly entitled, impatient, and stuck up.

The staff is always pleasant and friendly. Questions are quickly answered. Customer service is exceptionally hard with a holiday rush - yet the staff here was upbeat, made eye contact and thanked every customer! The store was clean, organized, and stocked .. management clearly cares about their staff here as it almost appeared these workers enjoyed their jobs!!

Pharmacy staff is always helpful, and they remain courteous even when people are being obnoxious. It's usually the insurance companies fault people.

Waiting on hold for 35 min. I was told by the automated system I was the next one in line then it rang 60 times and hung up on me. I call back because I really need information on my prescriptions but no one will help me or answer my calls. Last time I went to pick up my prescriptions there was one person working with 12 people in line to close to 40 minutes. If Walgreens can’t do a good job especially dealing with prescriptions and sick people they really need to close the doors.

I switched from CVS to Walgreens years ago, and the staff have usually been excellent. However, in the past couple of months, I have gone to the drive-thru and it had been closed due to Covid testing. Disabled people depend on drive- thru, and it is unreliable for them to keep closing it like that. The manager should realize that disabled people often spend big bucks on medication, but I am considering switching to a more reliable, consistent pharmacy. That's too bad. It had been great for years. You can't just stop offering a vital service at random.

The pharmacist was very nice and clear with their directions and let me come through early during my covid 19 test today.

For a health and wellness business their pharmacy doesnt seem to care about its customers. They screwed up my order and told me to go somewhere else to fix it. Horrible

I used to go to the Rite Aid in Bridgewater in the Roche Bros Plaza, but they closed and merged with Walgreens down the street. At Rite Aid they knew me by name and always treated me like a human being. Since going to Bridgewater I have dealt with rude staff multiple times. Today a woman answered my call and was very rude to me, told me my prescription that I pick up every other Saturday would not be ready until Monday, and this is a prescription that I need to take every day. Upon asking questions regarding why this change of date, she was rude and just kept talking over me saying that they just have to go by the insurance. Mind you I was not upset and was being completely polite. I have always been told that if you have questions you should ask the pharmacist, but this woman was completely dismissive of my questions and then even hung up on me while I was mid sentence. This was the last straw for me, I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. There is a really nice gentleman that works in the pharmacy but other than that I never feel like these people care to go above and beyond and in my opinion that is their job being in healthcare. Definitely will not be going back after picking up this last script and that's too bad because I have been with them for a year now since Rite Aid closed. If you want to be treated with respect or at the very least treated like a human being, go elsewhere.

Was a great pharmacy a few years ago. Now it's a nightmare. The new woman pharmacist is arrogant and dismissive. Most of the college-aged staff are clueless. Avoid it at all costs.

Do you know that Walgreens does not offer scooters for people who are unable to walk? This week I went to Walgreens to pick up some things thinking that they would have a scooter, but they don't. I had to shop around the store on my crutches, and I can not put weight on my right leg. As I walked down aisle 3 my crutch slip out from me and I had to put my bad foot down. I told the cashier and she said she would let someone know that aisle 3 was slippery. I sent corporate an email and have not heard from them

Love it! The are always so helpful and polite! I really like that they have the drive up pharmacy window, it comes in handy on the cold winter days. I wish Walgreens was my go-to store a long time ago!
