Awful experience. Rude worker and my packages got sent back to my house. Never had a problem ANYWHERE else. Don’t go here. Go drop off your packages anywhere else.

I cannot believe these reviews. it's a post office. get in, mail your package, and get out. simple as that. staff is great, my packages never get lost, and one of the men working there was so helpful in finding other solutions for me when mailing a $60 parcel. before writing something negative think to yourself, was I a part of the problem? 10/10 will always use this post office.

Very very rude. I did not understand what the man was asking and I told him I did not know what he meant. It was my first time sending a package and instead of explaining it to me he kept progressively yelling the same word to me and didn’t have any patience whatsoever. Like Sir, I can hear you, it’s your job to help customers and explain, not lose your cool in seconds and show so much anger. Would give this review less than a star if I could, what horrible customer service. The worst I’ve ever experienced at any place.

It's the most disgusting post office I have ever been to. It doesn't matter what time of day you go there. The staff is rude, lazy, and nasty. I have gone there a few times in the last six years, and they have always been rude.

It is actually disgusting how they get away with treating customers. The most miserable people I have ever had to deal with. Sad that they can treat people like this and not have any consequences.

Guy who works the lobby window is so rude, some just can't deal with the public and he is a perfect example. Seen him being rude to patrons, delivery drivers and myself first hand. I try to go out of my way to use another postal service. Wish they would replace him!

i go too the bridgewater office about two or three times a week, and all the persons that work there do there job and are very friendly, i deal with the public everyday also and it isnt easy

Useful staff. The place is old and creaky and i'm young so its not the most vibrant place. But its just a post office at the end of the day.

Called to ask a simple question regarding a package scheduled to be handled by their office. Answering party became irate and held an aggressive tone almost immediately during our very brief conversation. I sell products online and wanted to know why my customers order was returned as insufficient address and he talked down to me expecting me to know there was a different zip code for University addressed mail. I'm calling from hundreds of miles away so of course I don't know there is an ongoing issue but that didn't stop him from being irate. Seems like the postal workers here are overworked or don't enjoy their jobs but they should certainly be trained on proper customer service.

Went there this morning to drop off some mail. There were these men jumping up and down and yelling about Trump. I was nervous when they approached my daughter. There was a big sign that said STOP HERE TO PROTECT TRUMP. I just wanted to mail something I don't feel Trump needs any protection from me and not willing to make that statement by stopping there. Is the Post Office making this statement?
