Horrible place. Manager was yelling/swearing at an employee! Unprofessionalism at its best. Waited about 20 minutes & was never acknowledged. Plain horrible.

Ohhh boy, once again Sullivan Tire Bridgewater has saved the day !! My husband was forced off the road resulting in a damaged tire so he thought he should probably stop and just have the tire looked at to be sure either way - well Steve came out right away and checked the tire for us ! As these tires were only 3 yrs old , Steve was able to work out a few options for us - he then ordered a new tire and was able to fix it within 2 days, which we so appreciated as we all have to depend on our vehicles ! Thank you to all at Sullivan Tire Bridgewater for being so good to us and taking care of our vehicles so well !

I love everyone there, they are so polite and nice, they kept me informed of everything they were doing step by step along the way..
Exceptional service and very professional. I will highly recommend Bridgewater Sullivan tire to anyone who needs services to their vehicles!
Front desk people are always friendly and even the Techs are amazing.. even Jimmy got on the phone with me to ask detailed questions about my car so that he could properly diagnosed it. OUTSTANDING service in my eyes!

I can’t thank the gentlemen of Sullivan Tire Bridgewater enough. After a horrible experience with a Chevy Dealership they were upfront, honest and did everything they could to accommodate me. I highly recommend their shop.

While coming to the area for a weekend I had a flat on 495 Friday night. Got my "donut" on & limped it to my friends house. First thing Saturday morning we brought it in- had the most amazing, kind, knowledgeable tech that assured me not only could he fix me up to get back to NY on Sunday- but could most likely match the flat and I would only need 1 tire! That is exactly what happened, and they called me with time to still enjoy the afternoon fret free!! This place is great, honest and exactly what more business should be! Thank you guys!!

I'm sorry for the review on the driveshaft it was your price for it was way too high I got it done for half that price you guys gave me I got the driveshaft was 500 and the labor was 400 1,800 dollars to much

Person at the counter was pleasant until there was an issue. The he became snippy, snappy, and less than helpful.
I went to East Bridgewater where they are much more reasonable.

This place is a joke. They’ll do anything to make an extra dollar out of you. I failed inspection because my “headlights were a little foggy”…. The man there then followed up with “but for $90 I can clean them up and pass you” people like that don’t deserve to have a job here. These people will do anything for a penny. If you ever wondered why there’s never anyone there this is why. There’s much better places in bridgewater to go to than Sullivan tires

This place is full of absolutely scam artists don’t ever take your car here unless you want to be taken advantage of they look for some fake reason to fail cars for inspections and then try to charge $100 to pass the inspection. Unbelievable
