Andrea (Andi) did my wedding party and I’s makeup for my wedding and absolutely crushed it!! No one in my bridal party has ever gotten their makeup done and Andrea really listened to them when they wanted a natural look. She was super friendly, kind, and efficient. She was even ahead of schedule by almost 2 hours! She was very open to touch ups and opinions of things the girls wanted. Andrea was also very accommodating when one of my bridesmaids had some allergies to the makeup. Andrea made me feel so beautiful on my wedding and my makeup lasted the entire night, my face never felt oily or dry once. I can’t recommend Andrea (Andi) enough!!!!

Samie was my hairstylist for my wedding day and she was amazing! At the trial, I was able to provide her with some inspo pictures and she was able to create a look that I loved. On the day of, Samie was receptive to making small changes to the look. Samie was also open to testing options with my hairpiece and veil the day of and helped me decide on the best option!
Not only was Samie a great hairstylist, but she was so fun and down to earth! It felt like she was just another friend in the room as we were getting ready. She did an incredible job and I would book her again in an instant!

(Andrea Forbes – make up and Tiffany Russell – hair)So many choices, reviews, opinions, pictures, it gets really overwhelming. But I came across beauty boston and a friend from college had recently booked them at her wedding and said they were great so I took her word and went for it. Marisa is the woman I spoke with about booking and she answered all the questions I had. She was so on top of it and so understanding and kind. She explained all the details to me and sent me a timeline for the morning of my wedding in regards to when my bridesmaids and me would get our hair/make up done. Andrea and Tiffany were so friendly and go with the flow. My bridesmaids and I were blown away with how everything turned out. They absolutely nailed it!! I seriously couldn't be happier!! One of my bridesmaid’s even changed her mind and decided to get her make up done after seeing some of the other girls with theirs done. Couldn’t have asked for a better hair/make up duo to make us all beautiful on my wedding day!!

Sammie did my makeup for my elopement wedding ceremony. She was amazing! I didn't do a trial. I told her I wanted a natural look, nothing heavy, and just some corner lashes. She absolutely delivered. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She kept telling me that it was MY day and we would not leave until I was happy. She kept giving me time to see what she was doing, so there were no surprises. We made a few tweaks along the way and it came out perfectly. My husband made so many comments during the day about how great my makeup was - that it wasn't overdone and that I looked beautiful. Doesn't get any better than that!Service: Makeup services

We worked with Kerry and Andrea for our bridal party hair and makeup and they were phenomenal. Everyone looked perfect throughout the whole day. First of all, Noel and I had an AMAZING time during our wedding hair and makeup trial. She was very flexible with scheduling as I was an out of state bride. I remember saying to her, I want to feel like a mermaid and my goodness she made that happen!On our wedding day, Noel and Cori arrived early (which was amazing) and were perfect. They were super communicative about what I wanted and what my bridesmaids were comfortable with. This is the first wedding I have heard of where the bridal party was AHEAD of time because of these rock stars.I definitely got a hair and makeup artist and a personal therapist all in one! I was super nervous leading up to the ceremony and Noel helped keep me calm and laughing.Thank you both! You made my dreams come true!

Cannot say enough amazing things about the Special Event Beauty team. They're so professional and kind, as well as incredibly talented at what they do. I was totally blown away by my bridal hair and makeup trial with Amy and Kim—they were somehow able to take my very, very vague directions and nail exactly the look that I wanted. And a special shoutout to Jacki, who takes customer service to a whole new level. Incredibly quick and responsive, answered dozens of (often repetitive) questions, and helped seamlessly transition my ever-evolving contract through two different COVID postponements. Special Event Beauty was amazing! Jacki was always so quick and helpful with scheduling and answering my questions, and my hairstylist/makeup artist Lisa was punctual, kind, and helpful. She made me look lovely for my makeup trial/engagement photos and on the day of my wedding, and was able to help me adjust my lipstick color from what I originally tried, and it looked lovely in photos. I recommend Special Event Beauty to anyone looking for professional and excellent beauty services for their wedding!
