Got into an accident right before Christmas. Jay (the owner) was able to get me in to fix my car the quickest in the area AND went the extra mile for me. He was constantly in contact with my insurance and I; always trying to make things go smooth. I have my car back now and I couldn’t be happier. Him and his guys are some hard-workers. I can’t say enough amazing things about this shop! Jay kept in contact with me EVERY STEP of the way, even without me asking. He would even respond to me after hours or even when he was sick! My car is absolutely perfect and I highly recommend them. Service like this is rare!

My car is MY BABY!! This was entirely my fault and I was incredibly upset! By accident I found Precision Collision, and what a happy accident it was! These folks don't just fix the car...they do it lovingly....and fix the owner as well! Five stars aren't enough to accurately assess their service, quality and workmanship! My sons car was involved in collision where he was rear ended and I called precision collision and spoke to Jay and he quickly made arrangements for my sons car to be towed from the tow lot the car was moved to from the accident. when the car arrived at his shop Jay gave me a call to tell us what we should expect explaining the entire process to us. Also Jay weekly sent us emails to advise us where he was at with the repair which made this process so smooth with no surprise. I am so happy we picked Precision Collision they are true professional. Had a wonderful experience working with Jay and Precision Collision. Jay was fantastic with keeping the lines of communication open and informing me what to expect. He checked in regularly to make sure everything was on track with me and for what is usually a painful experience (having your car repaired) Jay made it easy for me and my family and even finished the work early. Would definitely recommend.
