I wanted to give a roaring applause to this supermarket which was the only establishment where I could find a hot bowl of soup around 11:15 am this cold cloudy morning in central Bridgewater. Their chicken noodle soup is delicious and you can add Parmesan cheese shavings to make it extra tasty, and other toppings or sauces available in the buffet salad and hot food bars. The self-serve bars are very clean and you are provided with quality plastic silverware, soup crackers, napkins for a very reasonable price. Of course, it would be better if an in-store dining area was provided, but if you are careful about your food choices you can easily eat your lunch in your car or back at your job. Also, you can get a water bottle for about $0.79 which is almost half the cost of water bottles in nearby eateries. And their restrooms are also very clean. Not to mention there's plenty of parking space in the plaza, as opposed to attempting to obtain a parking space at the Central Square.

One star is for their weekly flier. It has changed over the years, but has always been several steps below the competition. I need to browse through the flier easily on my PC. It takes way too many clicks to see what I want to see.

Its a cute store with the steet names but honestly the service just sucks. Very expensive and is mostly run by high school college students who do not care about their jobs. Very unfriendly. the ice cream section at peast has a good variety.

My friends and I called earlier in the night specifically asking if they had Halloween cookie dough. We were implied yes that they did, when we arrived to the store and searched there were none to be found. We asked a worker and he referred to us to Michelle behind the bakery counter. She went out of her way searching in the back for some, unfortunately there was none but she even asked if we would leave a note for a request for them. I told her not to worry about it but I sincerely appreciate the lengths she went through to check for our festive party we were planning. Michelle went above and beyond and was very accommodating to us, highly recommend

The prices of the Whole Foods and variety of the Market Basket. Ridiculous prices. Okay quality of produce. The only reason I go there sometimes is because it's the closest grocery store to my house. Raspberries are, for example, twice as expensive as in Walmart.
