Forget all the bad experiences you've had with other movers! These guys were communicative, on time, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything got done right. I don't feel like I overpaid at all--really solid value. Big thanks to Kurt for getting everything organized! Moving is one of the "traumas" in life, but honestly these guys made it seem like a piece of cake. I'll use them again in a heartbeat.

From the beginning Kurt was very informative and responsive.Crew Arrived on time, carefully wrapped furniture.Shawn, head of crew, explained all aspects of the process of moving, repeating/ reinforcing what Kurt had explained.The crew worked as a team, each person carefully moved items from house into truck with great care.My contents are at there storage facility awaiting the move to our new place, I feel very confident that items were put into storage as carefully as they were loaded into the truck.

This was the second time that we used New Generation for a move and we were so pleased! The guys worked so well together and really worked hard. They took steps to protect all of our belongings! They actually finished quicker than our estimate said and saved us a few bucks! Highly recommend this company!

I used new generation moving to move out of my old house and again when moving into my new house. I was about a month in between my moves so they were able to store all my furniture and belongings for me in between moving into my new home. Kurt was very responsive and great at giving me a quote and keeping me up to date with the details. My close date ended up being earlier than expected and he was able to accommodate with moving me into my new home the next day after I closed. The crew that came both times was great. Fast, proficient, respectful, no damages, set everything up for us right where we wanted it and asked numerous times if we needed anything else from them. Would highly recommend!

Very happy with our experience with New Generation! The team was professional, handled our items with care, placed them where we asked, and were very friendly. There were a few shelf clips missing, I called the New Generation team lead and he was able to find them in the truck and drove them down the next day, no questions asked. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing movers.

Cost effective, punctual,and they did a great job on my local move. Loved the moveable wardrobe cabinets they used to moves clothes in closets that they dropped off in advance. Crew was great and worked hard and efficiently.

First off, I couldn’t have moved without movers so thank you. The crew was wonderful on time and went above and beyond for us during the move. They were professional and even did a second trip when one piece of furniture could not fit through a door. HOWEVER, I paid for the extra warranty for if something broke. I thought it would be worth it. Too bad they didn’t honor it…. They packaged my TV and it broke. I reached out to management notifying them within a week of unpacking… I continued to email for SIX MONTHS asking for them to reimburse it. They were notified via email and when they finally gave me the claims department they said I was out of window. I was NEVER reimbursed.

These guys were the best!!!!I moved from a house to a condo, tons of furniture 2 huge trucks. Condo had new floors and new paint. Not a scratch!!!They were so nice and professional!!!!I would rate them an 11 out of 10 that’s how good they were.

I’ve hired New Generation Moving for several moves and have always had a great experience. Hence the repeat business.I have planned/managed over 300 moves in my professional career for commercial/lab/education/offices and New Generation Movers are in my top 3 moving companies of all time.With any move sometimes damage can occur; but they offer insurance and are prompt to come to a solution.Their estimates have always come in lower than the competitors and are very fair.Their staff are kind, respectful, mindful, efficient, and ask great questions. I strongly recommend their moving services!

We recently used New Generation Moving & Storage for our move and we could not be happier. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, their professionalism and customer service has been outstanding! The crew was prompt, polite, and worked incredibly hard to make sure our move went as smoothly as possible. We were very impressed with how they handled all of our furniture with such care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND New Generation Movers. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kevin worked to fit us in at the last minute and was able to schedule our move a week later. Thomas and Frankie came on time and went right to work. They were courteous, pleasant and agreeable. They meticulously wrapped our items and handled everything with the utmost care. We were impressed with their work ethic and exceptional service. I can't speak more highly of them!!!

We have used New Generation Moving & Storage for several moves and could not be happier with their courteous and efficient service. In between moves they store our furniture for us and it is always delivered in perfect condition. The employees are always fast and friendly. Great company !
