This crew , are Very Helpful , especially when additional knowledge is needed. They also appreciate feedback after the fact and do all they can to help you along with difficult service calls, their knowledge is very helpful and very much appreciated, they go far beyond what is expected of a supply parts warehouse.

Went in for some help finding a part and when I asked if he wanted the part number to look it up I was scoffed at and given an attitude by the bald guy. The guy next to him was trying to be helpful (raised a star for him) but the rude guy ended up walking me around and being even more rude after I realized that I took a photo of the wrong part. Apparently customers aren’t allowed to make mistakes and go there for help, or the dude just had a giant stump up his rear. To be fair, if I looked and acted like him, I prob would too.
