“I needed a gift and fast! I called to see if they had a particular watch but while on hold had to take another call that took a lot longer than expected. I received a call back and returned the call shortly after closing. They went out of their way to provide their cell phone number so I could text them a picture of what I was looking for, remember this was after closing the store. They had what I wanted and opened the store so I could purchase all while providing exceptional customer service. Thank you to the Manager I believe her name was Britney and her colleague Alex. These ladies are great!”

“My husband bought me a beautiful ring but it was a bit big. I brought it in and the two women who helped me were so friendly and professional. They are in the process of moving across the street from Shaw's on Rt 44 Raynham. So the owner said it may be 2 weeks before I could pick my ring up. “I brought two rings to Warren Jewelers to have fixed. Both are very sentimental and my wife was nervous giving them to anyone. I was informed of the repairs that would be performed and agreed with their professional recommendation. The owner informed me that is would take seven to ten business days, I was fine with this timeline. I was called seven days later to pick the rings up. The price was exactly what I expected. Upon returning the rings to my wife she was amazed at how they looked. Meticulously cleaned, repair undetectable. The diamonds shine more than the day we purchased them. “This guy is really just stand up. I’m not rich, so when I invest in something, it’s important to me. Specifically, when I invest in something that has sentimental value… then it’s really really important to me. So here goes- long story short- I bought matching rings for my daughter and I. Not only did he add to my idea with his own- the rings came out absolutely gorgeous. I asked my boy in Florida who also happens to be a Jeweler in Boca Raton- he said “it’s amazing that he put this high level of quality work into a piece that financially wouldn’t benefit him much. I mean this is truly of the highest quality craftsmanship wise.” Here is the kicker- I gave him a budget that ranged between two dollar amounts. Not only did The rings came out better than I could have ever imagined- he then hit me with a price about half of the lower number I requested. The world is a rough place right now. At the risk of sounding melodramatic - I will just say that it’s nice that there are still people out there who not only take pride in what they do, but also go about it in a way that makes you feel like they truly cared more about helping you- than profiting from you. I will be doing business with him in the future, and recommend him positively in every way possible.”

It doesn't look that big from the street-side entrance, but once you step through its doors, lo & behold, its huge inside! 4 floors of booths and areas to peruse - tbh, I didn't have time to go through it all like I wanted. The basement floor is filled with consignment furniture at great prices (as with all consignment stores, a sharp eye is needed to identify those bargains!). We needed to help kit-out our daughter's first apartment and TAC fit the bill nicely. For $115 we got her: a solid wood dining table ($35), an ergonomic adjustable office chair ($25), a floor lamp/torchere ($20), and a decorative antique wall mirror ($35). Definitely a place we'll visit again (and again) to look for unique gifts and affordable furnishings.”

“I was going to give a three-star but I decided that it deserved 4 because of the customer service there is a few employees that work there that go above and beyond to try to help me out. To me customer service and communication is a big plus for me the reason why I didn't give it a five-star is because I do believe that they under pay when you try to sell something or loan something. I get it they need to make a profit by selling the items but they don't need to make a killing from us.”

“Have been meaning to write a positive review re Chateau Jewelers after they added diamonds to my 50+ year-old wedding ring a few months ago. When I went to pick it up, the guy who did the work came running out from the back room saying, "Wait! I want to see her face when she sees the upgraded ring!" I was absolutely delighted and I guess I showed my enthusiasm. Lovely to see a skilled jeweler take such pride in his workmanship. I don't buy much jewelry but would trust Chateau if/when I do. They made the experience fun!”
