this pharmacy is a nightmare. the lines are always long. the pharmacy staff is unhelpful & hostile. the signage and online information is incorrect, leading to regular recurring inconveniences & constant frustration. I dread having to go there.

I understand their under staffed and busy but to keep a customer on hold for a hour waiting to ask about a prescription transferred is non sense! Takes 2 mins out of their time to answer the phones. If they hired people that are willing to work just for phones and cash register it would minimize the pharmacists from taking time to do that extra stuff. No need to have a special degree to do that job. Hire!! I'm tired of having to go out of town.

Not sure what is going on at the CVS Pharmacy in Bridgewater, MS but they are terrible . Long lines and most meds are " on back order " it took me 4 days to get my prescription, snd even then I had to be very pushy . Come to find out they actually had the medicine but were holding it in the " back " . I was told they were handing it out based upon a " list" .? Not sure what that is about!!?

Zero stars. I had a new med sent 9/14/23. Went twice to pick up and was told it was on order. I tried to call and held for a very extended time given meds are needed. Called customer service only to be told this drug has no delivery time. Why didn't you frigging call me CVS? I had to request they call another location. Seemed like common sense to me but what do I know. There is a lack of that with these pharmacy conglomerates. Bottom line, I need to call my doctor for a new rx after I call around to see who has. There is no shortage as I checked that first. It is not ozempic or another highly coveted med. I am at a loss as to why the state is not involved in investigating all the complaints. This puts my health at risk and can cause physical repercussions. Waiting for 3 total medications for 2 weeks. I will file a formal grievance with Massachusetts.

Fairly easy transfer of photos from phone to quick printing at the store.

The worst pharmacy! Bridgewater, Ma on Summer st. Terrible customer service followed up on prescriptions. I was JUST at my doctors for a physical, they showed me the (5) refills that were sent to this CVS and when I got there today I was rudely told "they do not have it" and " I would need call my DR. office" I explained I was just there and was told "well, I guess you will need to call them again". I said you only contacted them once? "she said, we contacted them and didn't hear back". But only tried once??? "Well, they did not get back to us so you will need to contact them".... So I said, thanks for nothing and was told thank you.... Terrible customer service! They made only one, only one attempt to reach my DR office. It always, and I can say always, after 20 years a wait and the turn over is a clear indication of poor management. GO to Walgreens across the street! You will thank me.

i pulled in the parking lot at around 330pm and pulled into a space that was as close as i could get wich put me next to the entrance but on the other side of their large sign thats got a curb that is pretty high.i put the brakes on and put the car in park and then noticed that the car was moving again and slowly made contact with the curb. i put the car in reverse moved the car back a few feet and parked the car and got out to see how bad my car was and why my car moved and made contact with the curb. the parking lot looked dry but there was a layer of oily water,or ice that i steped out of my car and almost fell on . my car had the front plastic piece get pushed into my radiator enough to start a leak.i picked up the plastic and put it in my car and headed to a garage to get help and my car blew up water and oil all over the car stalled and i got towed home. i have contacted this cvs and reported it and requested to speak with someone that can take an incident report and they can possibly fix the piles of snow so they do not melt onto the places that people walk it turns to ice when the sun goes down and their is no warning.cvs manager told me that i would be contacted by someone and that he would check the video feed of the parking lot and view the incident and call corperate..nobody has contacted me and my car is not driveable. i am disabled and explained that to the manager i spoke with.told him that my insurance company told me that i was not covered for private property or for black ice or wet sufaces that may have motor oil on it. has anybody else had a problem with the ice ,snow or water at this cvs? i would love to find out what happened to you and how you were treated.

Truly the most incompetent pharmacy. Choose ANY other pharmacy in the area. I n ever had any issue with a prescription through the Randolph CVS yet this is the second month these people can't seem to figure it out. I showed up an hour before their site says they close and they acted as if I was inconveniencing them by needing my refill. I was asked for a code that again, Randolph never seemed to have any issue retrieving on their own. And again the pharmacist acted like it was my responsibility to have. FOUR employees couldn't seem to figure it out. Truly baffling as to how these people are responsible to fill prescriptions. Yikes

They promised COVID 19 test results in 2-4 days. Mid week , w no results posted they changed their timeline to 5-7 days. After a week they changed their timeline again . Now 6-10 days to receive your results. We have no results ... day 10. NOW WHAT CVS??????? Careful when someone tells you it's "free" & remember , "You'll get exactly what you pay for". CVS should know, Don't overpromise & under deliver.

A tech named Stacie was so obnoxious and unprofessional on the night of 9/23/19 that I am surprised this lady holds a job at a pharmacy! She can be heard from a mile away complaining how she is tired and telling the other techs she is going home and not staying extra because she had been there since the morning, etc. Stacie was very rude and I could hear her loudly saying: "I can not pronounce this name,'' referring to my daughter, but I have to get her out of here not knowing I was in the chairs waiting and could hear everything she was saying. She is lucky I was exhausted & not in the mood to argue with incompetent employees like her and had a sick child that needed this antibiotic quickly otherwise she would have heard my mouth for ages! I only go here for emergencies like last night & this is the last time I will fill a script here for sure (will go to Walgreens across the street next time). My child was diagnosed with conjunctivitis at urgent care around 6:30pm. Went to get her rx at 8:30pm (gave them 2 hrs to have it ready). When I get there they tell me it is $43, I tell them I have Express Scipts (for about 10 years now & they still fail to save this info in the system)! If the tech sees he/she can not fill a script due to insurance issues the customer needs to be called right away & asked for the correct info as other pharmacies do! But no, this place waits for customer to get script to complain and be all over the place as Stacie was because the previous employee did not save my child's insurance correctly yet again (this is the 3rd time I give them my insurance info)! To Stacie: If you can not handle being a pharmacy tech quit your job & stop being so miserable and making customers miserable along with you! Also, learn how to control your obnoxious behavior & loud mouth in an environment such as a pharmacy, you may not be so lucky next time and may end up dealing with an outraged mom to make your job or shift "worse."

Pharmacy was open until 9:00, went to drop off critical prescriptions on our way home from the hospital at 7:00. Long time customer and didn't think two hours would be an issue. We were greeted by an overwhelmed worker who told us he couldn't guarantee they would be done by 8:30 and could only guarantee tomorrow. Went to walgreeens down the street who closed at 8:00 and they dropped what they were doing and were able to fill them in 20min. Safe to say CVS lost another customer. What's the point of continuing to give your business to a pharmacy who is unreliable in a time of need?

Worst run pharmacy I have ever seen. Waited an hour for a prescription of an eye ointment only to be told after waiting the hour that they didn't have any and asked if I could go to another pharmacy to pick it up. No choice so now I'm waiting again. At least 3 other people waiting for a prescription were told the the same thing!Staff was pleasant but I will take my business elsewhere!
