brought a huge bin of at least 30 pieces in to consign knowing they would not take some stuff, but I knew what they wouldn't take would be donated. I was told I would get an email within two days of stuff that was eligible to be consigned. Had not heard anything so gave them a call and was told there was not enough to be consigned. I asked how many items were "good" so I could bring in more so I could be a consigner since the minimum is 10. Was told they donated everything. I suggest you find a good system and reach out to clients rather then leaving them hanging even if items are not taken

Wicked high prices for a "consignment" store... I shop at high end consignment often and these prices are ridiculous for second hand clothing!

Terrible experience at this store as a consigner. Excessive fees no customer service earnings absorbed by fees and refused payment for sales made as remaining amount due after their fees was less than $25. Took three trips to retrieve unsold items.

I love my new bag from Chic Boutique and it shipped very quickly!! I live in a large building in Boston and was worried about package theft, especially with such a pricy item. My Louis bag arrived in a sunchip/snack box which I thought was absolutely genius of the team at Chic Boutique! At first glance even I didn't recognize the package as my new LV. Thanks so much!! Will definitely be purchasing again :)

Chic is the first consignment shop I have ever shopped before and I probably won’t shop another because I love them so much. :). I’ve purchased several items from them, have always received them quickly whether it be shipping or their in store pick up! All the ladies are super helpful and responsive! Also enjoy their live sales, I join when I can and am never disappointed. Thanks ladies keep up the great work!!!

I honestly had never shopped second hand before until I stumbled upon Chic Boutique earlier this year. I actually didn’t even know it was a consignment store until I came into the store one day. This consignment store is unlike any other. It gives the feel of a small high end boutique in the city without the expensive prices. Most items are in like new condition or new with tags! It’s so fun to go in and see the new inventory every week or watch their daily FB live sales from virtually anywhere. I especially love to attend their $5 back room blowout sales with proceeds donated to a local animal rescue organization. They have definitely changed my perception of a second hand items. I have also learned and appreciate the value of upcycling not only in this economy but for our environment as well. Highly recommend this place! :)

I love shopping at this store! First, I love the live sales, second I'm getting designer names that I would not have normally bought, and third, when I shop here I know that I am supporting a woman-owned small business. Ashley has done an amazing job! Check out this store!!

I consigned a lot of expensive items. 2 boys Burberry jackets, 2 girls Burberry jackets, 1 woman Burberry coat, 1 girl Burberry dress, a few woman Lululemons. When I consigned I had my kids with my so I didn’t read the contract in full. I was supposed to pick up myitems beginning of March, right when the pandemic started. When I messaged I was told that my items were donated to the store now because I did not pick up on time. This is so upsetting. They were expensive items!!! I would NEVER BUY or CONSIGN here AGAIN! The owner should not have the right to sell my items and keep 100% of the money!
