The vets are ok but the scheduling and office staff leave much to be desired. I had an appointment cancelled/rescheduled by the staff due to their issues. Today I went to what was supposed to be my rescheduled appointment and they did not have the appointment. The person at the counter were only willing to schedule a new appointment. Not acceptable and not the first time. Time to find a new vet.

Just started coming here, and love it. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, caring, and sincere. *My* veterinarian Rosemary is simply wonderful. Techs are all great too. Everyone is just so nice. Even my pup is comfortable coming...there's something you don't hear everyday...?.

Bridgewater Veterinary Clinic is a wonderful place to take your pet. When VCA can’t see you, charges you through the roof, makes you feel guilty for not spending your last penny, and gives you the wrong advice with no care or thought, BVC covers all those bases. They are old school, caring and always there for you and your beloved pets. They are honest and sympathetic, giving you many treatment options and they don’t make you feel guilty when you can spend thousands to *possibly* help your pet. So glad we found the Bridgewater Veterinary Clinic for our fur babies. You don’t find good vets like them anymore.

Have been bringing my dog here for years. They are always kind, smiling, friendly, and never seem to mind the handful of questions I have for them. Love coming here, highly recommend!

I’ve gone to Bridgewater Vet for over 25 years. I will never go back again. After all the Drs have left that made it wonderful, it has left nothing but the shell of the building. My dog has been in pain and waited 10 days on pain meds they prescribed to see HER VET. We arrived 15 minutes early was asked to come in. We waited an hour for the vet to come in after the tech got us started. Then another tech came in said at least another 15 min. For an office that makes you call for everything why not call your patients to say your running an hour late. I’m riddled with allergies in a vet office, my dog is whining for over an hour, I drove from NH to take my dog to her apt. When I stated I was upset to be kept waiting for so long that he technician said BYE ! I went to desk said I couldn’t wait and they said oh well good bye ! Absolutely zero concern for keeping us waiting over an hour. So now my dog is still in pain and I’m looking for a new vet. Thanks for leaving Xena hanging and not taking care of her pain or even calling to apologize or set up another apt. We will certainly be leaving our vet if 25 years because they have no consideration for anybody. Their actions said it all. I’m supposed to wait over an hour for all new Drs I don’t even know. So why go to a small town vet if they treat you like a clinic waiting room. No thank you ! Place has gone down in the dumps since Dr Brown left.
