I have been going to Jim and his team for well over 20 years. I trust them with my life. They have put in hand controls in a number of my vehicles over the years. They are professional, they do amazing work and so easy to deal with. And I trust their work. If you are thinking of using them know you are in good hands! Thank you once again Jim and team for an amazing job and so good to be driving again :)

We have a very well-traveled Dodge Caravan that we needed to press into service after a long lay off. One dealer told me it was worthless/donate it, and Jim at AI was my last shot. They looked it over, addressed numerous issues, passed easily at the State Inspection, and we are now able to use the van regularly. They kind of 'saved our bacon' and we appreciated the honesty and service. The ONLY place if you need adaptive repair!

My mother brought her car here to be made accessible because she is disabled. Any automotive business I have ever been to will call you with a quote on the price before doing the work/charging you.. apparently they don't do this here. Also, the parts were installed INCORRECTLY and now she CANNOT even use the car she paid so much to be fixed for her so that she could get in and out safely. Automotive Innovations also refused to fix the work. If you do something wrong, as a reputable business you should make it right for free. I actually needed some work done on my car, but I would never, ever go here and will make sure everyone I know knows about this and does not give them their business either.

This place charged my elderly, disabled mother an insane amount of money for something that shouldn't have cost that much or taken that long. They also installed the parts (that she purchased by the way) WRONG and now she cannot even use her car after all that money. Any reputable business would fix it for free or refund her the total cost, especially for a person in a wheelchair I would think. I will tell every single person I know never, ever to go here. I will also be looking into legal action with my husband who is an attorney. Anyway, never go here.

A family member of mine who is handicapped bought running boards for her car so she can get in and out on her own. She bought the running boards and the brackets herself, she went to Automative Innovations in bridgewater to have them put on the car and they said they would need the car dropped off and it may take a day to complete. She was never once told what the cost would be nor given an estimate. So she picked it up and they charged her just about $1,000 just for labor. Since she bought all the parts herself. I only found out after the fact that she paid them this much. She was shocked at the cost but paid anyway. I researched and have read multiple articles saying they take about 15 minutes to install but Automative Innovations claims it took them over 8 hours to put them on.. never once was an estimate written or verbally spoken to her, she was completely taken advantage of by Automative Innovations for having no knowledge of how much this typically costs also being handicapped and elderly it was something she needed so she just paid. I called and spoke to an employee named Jim who refused to give me his last name. I asked multiple times if he was the owner and he refused to tell me if he was the owner and wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. I tried to get info on why my family member was charged so much but this man just kept repeating what I said and mocking me. After every word I said he either repeated it or he would say "awesome" or "cool" and eventually he hung up on me. Steer clear of this business !!! They take advantage of elderly people and have extremely unprofessional treatment of customers. He refused to do anything about the price and said "we already have her money she isn't getting it back." This man was extremely rude and 100% stole my family member's money. He will be reported to the attorney generals office immediately! Do not go here for anything they will completely lie and rip you off

I have been using Automotive Innovations for 20 years now! Much better service than going through who the dealerships use. The pricing is fair, the service is quick and the staff is polite and professional. I highly recommend them!

What a great experience and company. We had a left foot gas pedal installed in a new car. Jim was so helpful in walking us through the process and working with the dealer where w bought the car. Professional, very pleasant staff. Would highly recommend. We’ll be back!

Stopped in to investigate a future handicapped van for a loved one. Spoke with the owner Jim Sanders who was more than happy to show me a variety of vehicles with many options. He also explained different financing solutions. His time and knowledge with me seemed enless. He also offered his time via phone for future questions. This type of personal service seems to be a thing of the past.

Recently had my car outfitted with an adaptive left foot pedal and steering knob. I cannot say enough about Jim and his staff. I originally contracted another company that was local to me. Several weeks later, numerous quotes and lot of erroneous information I was still without a car that I was able to drive. We reached out to Automotive Innovations and it was such an easy process. Wish we had started here from the start. The work was scheduled and completed in one day. We drove the car for an early appointment and just as they promised it was completed before the end of the day. They even used my old foot pedal from my previous car which saved me money. Although I hope for this car to last, I will definitely return whenever I need my next car outfitted. Thanks to all of you for the quick turn around. I was driving the car that very night after it sitting in the driveway for almost a month thanks to the other organization. Would highly recommend traveling to their shop. It is worth it!

Had the pleasure of working with Jim and his whole staff over the last few months. They have meticulously gone over my van and repaired and restored the equipment and vehicle effectively preserving the vehicle for the next several years. I thank them all for their hard work.
