Professional and pleasant. Michelle set up my appointment in timely and courteous manner. The next day Mike came to my house to replace my windshield, he showed up on time and did a fantastic job. This is my second time using them. Highly recommended.

I had a pretty bad experience with this company. I first set up to have my windshield replaced at my work place from 10-6. The technician called me at 7:50AM (woke me up) asking if he could do it at my house instead within a half hour. I was ok with this. The technician came to my house and installed the glass. The glass install itself was fine no problems. However I have a car stereo which does not have Bluetooth (its a old $70 dollar stereo) so I use a AUX headphone cord instead. When I got in my car I noticed the end piece of my cord was snapped off and stuck in the headphone jack. The technician must have kneeled or sat in my passenger seat (where I lay the cord across everynight) and snapped the end piece of the cord. So I had this end piece of a headphone jack stuck in my aux. I called the glass company and they had the tech come out and try to remove the piece with pliers. The technician removed the piece but made the aux part even worse (completely loose no wire fits in). No my AUX is done nothing fits in. I called the glass company and spoke with Mary Ellen. Mary Ellen was very rude about the whole situation. She took the technicians side (whom lied and said he was never inside my car mind you I saw my passenger door open when I looked out my window) and would not listen to me about what happened. She kept yelling that the technician didn't break the cord. She acted like I was trying to con her out of money and I was being a scummy person. I have a good paying job and wouldn't make up a lie for a piece of crap $70 dollar stereo. It was the principal.I just wanted a glass replacement and not have to buy a new stereo because of it. You can tell these ladies who answer the phones all watch out for each other no matter what the situation. The technician who worked on my windshield knows deep down inside that he broke the wire. They would not take responsibility. What a bitter taste this company left in my mouth. AND ON TOP OF THAT My mother also refers business to this company and when she called to speak to them they told her that her business wasn't even worth it because she only bought in 6 referrals last year. Very insulting. I work for a corporate location and found this company extremely unprofessional. Never seen anything like it. Plenty of glass companies to choose. Do not choose this one.
