Amazing treatment by the entire team! I am terrified of the dentist, in fact I’ll do my best NOT to go. That changed after my first visit here at east Brewster dental. I was treated so nice and everyone was well aware of my fear. They treated me like family and were gentle with my mouth. I am glad I found a dental office that treats me well. Mya and jason went above and beyond I am so happy and the front desk people were amazing too!

I can’t say enough about this practice Dr. Lori Fitzgerald is my savior, I experienced a dental emergency and I was able to be seen first thing Monday morning. The hygienist Jenny was fantastic and the Front Desk crew are amazing!

I had a dental "emergency", and did not have a dentist on the cape (I am only a part time resident). I explained what happened, and Crystal fit me in the next day to have the Dr take a look. When I arrived, the hygienist (Jason?) took x-rays, and then Dr. Shah came in to review. He was extremely thorough, and was concerned that there were additional issues that should be looked at by an oral surgeon. He didn't send me on my way to make an appointment with a referral - Dr. Shah took the time (while I am still in the exam room) to call the oral surgeon and get an appointment for me right then and there. I went straight to the oral surgeon for his review, and now will go back to Dr. Shah for a complete treatment plan. Great first experience!!UPDATE 9/12/23 - Well, it's been 2 months since my emergency visit, and I'm ready to start the 'reconstruction' project with my 4 front teeth. Dr. Shah - and his entire staff - did not disappoint. I had as good an experience today as I had on my first visit. I believe everyone in that office truly cares about the health and well-being of every patient. I feel very lucky to have found East Brewster Dental!!

I have been a patient at East Brewster Dental for 4 years. I am leaving for France in a couple of days for a few weeks and one of my molars cracked. I notified the staff and they were able to get me a same day appointment. I fully expected that I would need a crown Dr. Fitzgerald was able to replace my filling and send me off to Paris. Saved me peace of mind and $$$$$. Thanks to everyone for helping me in my time of need.

Had a new patient visit. My Hygienist was Mia. She was very thorough, engaging and explained each step of my process. Dr. Fitzgerald was very professional and talked to me regarding a follow up with a Specialist regarding my 10 year old implant which is lose. Staff was very friendly and customer focused.

Very nice staff at this office- especially Mia, who does my cleanings. She’s knowledgeable and kind, and her cleanings are thorough without causing excessive discomfort. On top of all that, her personality actually makes my cleaning appointments enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Dr Lori did an excellent job replacing a lost filling for me as an emergency patient. She was kind, efficient and pifessional. As was the entire staff at East Brewster Dental.

This office is an affiliate of Heartland Dental, based in Indiana. This is not your friendly local dentist office.If you have an appointment, be extra careful to confirm. If for some reason you don't check your texts and voicemail and miss the opportunity to confirm your appointment, they will cancel it. That happened to me for a 9am Monday morning appointment this week. I found out when I showed up that I didn't have an appointment. And I did confirm -- at 5:45pm on Friday -- but since the office closed at 2, it was apparently too late. In a voice message left at 12:20pm on Friday they did say they would cancel the appointment if I didn't confirm by 2, but since I was in an all-day meeting with no cell reception, and since I don't really check voicemail (it's 99% spam), I didn't see that message until the nasty office manager threw it in my face in the ensuring argument on Monday.On the other hand, the office cancelled two of my husband's appointments on short notice this spring and made laughable efforts to reschedule (they offered an appointment two months out), and for one of my three visits to the office, they kept me waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time.All of this points to a poorly run office that presumes the worst about their customers and prioritizes productivity and revenue above warm, empathetic customer service.(I should also note that I've seen how the front desk staff and the nasty office manager treat other patients. It's disgusting. These people need customer service training and a performance improvement plan that would probably lead to termination.)The nasty office manager will probably respond and say something about my strong and profane reaction when I found out my appointment was cancelled. I knew I was burning a bridge, because in light of everything that happened, I decided I'm done with the office anyway.
