I highly recommend Don! After we unfortunately hit a deer, he got us in quickly, did a high quality repair in a few days (as promised), and when we drove off, we noticed the interior of our car had been spotlessly cleaned!Don did the work for the insurance estimate, and dealt directly with the company for necessary aspects of the repair the assessor had initially missed--I paid only my deductible and not a penny more. Don and staff were all extremely friendly, considerate and honest--wonderful!

This is the first negative review I have ever written, but my experience with Don's Auto Cosmetics was so terrible and unethical that I feel obligated to write this. We brought my wife's car to Don for body work based on a personal recommendation. Don said he could only give us a ballpark quote and said the work would take "two or three months". We were fine with that uncertainty and time line. We left the car with Don and waited for over two years, during which Don kept saying he hadn't gotten to it yet. Most recently, he said he didn't know when he would ever get to it. Meanwhile, the battery now is dead and can't be recharged; the fluids, including gasoline, have been degrading in the car over this time. I don't know the condition of the brakes or the tires, and Don doesn't seem to care. Sooo, we have had the car towed away. Bottom line, Don did nothing for the car except to let it degrade in his lot for over two years. Do not patronize this business.

Did a beautiful job replacing bumper and repairing mouse damage in back seat. Seat looks like new. I would highly recommend Don's.

Had scratches along whole side of car from car transport company. Don's fixed it perfectly with no painting, just buffing and waxing for a very reasonable price. Friendly service.

These guys are seriously professionals and they are the nicest people. I would recommend them to anyone, and I'd tell people to be patient and wait until Don and his team are available because they will do a terrific job.

Don took care of my Ford Focus extremely quickly. I had my car towed there due to a busted bumper and car not starting, he looked it over, said he'd have it done in 2 days. Two days later it was as good as new! Very nice man, very fair rates, very quick work. I'll be back.

Don was very pleasant to deal with, and he was close to home which is why we chose him. The car was hit with a chunk of retreat on the masspike and it ripped up the whole underside of the front end. When we first got a call that it was fixed, my husband noticed that they had replaced part of the oil pan with the wrong part, making it impossible to change the oil. When he brought it up to Don, Don told him to bring it back and he would take care of it, which he did. There was also a concern about a broken radiator mount, but Don assured us that he had fixed it. However, 4 years later, when we went to have our air conditioning fixed, the AC shop found that broken radiator mount that should have been fixed when the original accident happened. Now, we are spending $1000 to get something fixed that should have been taken care of when the accident happened. When I called Don to speak with him about it, he denied any wrong doing and said that maybe the AC guy had broken it. After several calls asking him to make good on his claim that he had fixed it, he stopped returning my calls.

Don's is the best Auto Repair on Cape! He is very friendly and has great customer service! The side of my car repair was excellent, and to my surprise they cleaned the interior and exterior of my vehicle.
