Horrible customer service from Lee. I needed a bag to carry my items and he couldn't be bothered...just pointed to a stack of bags on the counter and i had to bag it myself. Wouldn't speak up to be heard through his mask covering. Where is the customer service and appreciation for people giving their hard earned money to a business?

My husband I visit the cape often. We enjoy going to this Cumberland farms for its convenience. We are early risers and want to get to the beaches. 50% percent of the time all the breakfast sandwiches are gone. For whatever reason……staff is always focused on hostess cupcakes and the like instead of the breakfast food, sandwiches, muffins., etc. Not sure if management policy has a cut off time for restocking sandwiches. If this is company policy….they need to rethink that. However., if it is employee negligence…..retraining is in order. We were there on August 4 at 7:00am and the two employees need attitude adjustment training. Nothing verbal., however, body language and facial expressions speaks volumes. My husband I own a couple businesses and would appreciate this review., and take action. Let me be clear we are big fans of Cumberland Farms. thank you

My job requires picking up scratch tickets to put in our clients packets. I asked for 40 and you’d think I asked for 400. Both women rolled there eyes, one commented “oh my god”, the other said “Jesus”. Is that really a difficult request? I took my business to Luke’s, where they served me with a smile.
