“Tyler went ABOVE AND BEYOND in replacing a rear brake cable! We are traveling in our RV & today was my last chance to enjoy the CCRT (I had my husband go ahead yesterday without me when we discovered my bike ? was in need of some repairs) & was truly disappointed that I hadn’t been able to ride.
We come to the Cape every September from Buffalo NY to spend a week enjoying all that Cape Cod has to offer, and Tyler did everything to get my seldom used bicycle back in tip top condition while we waited! Then he let us park our RV in the lot so we didn’t have to waste any time before hitting the trail. He even brought us the trail map & made recommendations for our route.

“I highly recommend Rail Trail & Kayak Rentals. We rented E-Bikes from Phillip on September 24th. I had never use one before and Phillip was patient and professional to guide me through the controls. You can enter the Cape Cod Rail Trail from behind his location which made the experience extremely easy and enjoyable. If you are in the Brewster area, he is the one to rent from. We traveled from Chatham about a 20-minute drive, and it was worth it.”

“I only have wonderful thinks to say about Little Capistrano’s and I’ve never even set foot inside. My partner and I were biking along the trail nearby and my chain slipped and was tightly lodged rendering the bike unusable. After tugging at it for 30+ minutes, Julian, an employee at Little Capistrano’s stopped to help us as he was his way home after his shift at Little Capistrano’s. It definitely wasn’t an easy fix, which made us feel better about not being able to resolve the issue, but Julian was able to troubleshoot, take the wheel off and use his expertise to fix it all in a few minutes. I truly don’t know what we would have done if he hadn’t offered his help.He’s clearly very good at what he does and was so kind to help two oblivious tourists without a second thought. I cannot believe how lucky we were.If management sees this, give him an extra 30 minutes on his timesheet!! He was so wonderful and absolutely saved our day!!! We cannot thank him enough!!”

“Lifesavers. Had to walk my bike a few miles up the trail after I got a flat and put a hole in my spare. They made time to get it changed and I ended up grabbing a couple extras and a spare helmet. I continued up the trail, and on my way back, noticed a small issue I was having with the tire. I stopped back in and they took care of it. What else can you ask for? I would happily stop in again.”
