“We can definitely recommend "Rail Trail Bike and Kayak Shop". Great place to rent bikes. Parking is convenient, prices are fair and the bikes are well maintained. As the access to the Rail Trail is right behind the house you don't have to ride on busy roads which is nice when you are traveling with children. The gentleman running the store was very friendly and provided some good recommendations where to go. Five stars!”
“Decided to rent electric bikes and this place did not disappoint. Nicole was extremely helpful in helping us select an appropriate bike for our ride. She was very thorough in teaching us how to use electric bikes since it was our first time. Prices were very reasonable as well. We will definitely be back next time we are in town. “I only have wonderful thinks to say about Little Capistrano’s and I’ve never even set foot inside. My partner and I were biking along the trail nearby and my chain slipped and was tightly lodged rendering the bike unusable. After tugging at it for 30+ minutes, Julian, an employee at Little Capistrano’s stopped to help us as he was his way home after his shift at Little Capistrano’s. It definitely wasn’t an easy fix, which made us feel better about not being able to resolve the issue, but Julian was able to troubleshoot, take the wheel off and use his expertise to fix it all in a few minutes. I truly don’t know what we would have done if he hadn’t offered his help.He’s clearly very good at what he does and was so kind to help two oblivious tourists without a second thought. I cannot believe how lucky we were.If management sees this, give him an extra 30 minutes on his timesheet!! He was so wonderful and absolutely saved our day!!! We cannot thank him enough!!”
