Was looking to buy my wife something, when we were walking through we were ignored. Even though we know they saw us. When you go somewhere you want to be treated like a person. I had to greet a lady who really didn't want to help us. Ended up buying my wife something from another store.

Trash service and products. They love to rush the process until it comes to re setting a stone that fell out within a week of purchase. Would give a lower rating if it was possible.

Me and my wife went to get our rings clean about a week ago, and we wasn't in the system the lady said, she even tried to look on the computer our names didn't pop up or anything... we came today to try a second time, and the guy who helped us out went above and beyond to help us out.... he actually went further back to when we got our rings sent in to be resized and found us... I wish I remembered his name,but im grateful he was there today..

I ordered a wedding ring replacement for my husband online. zales.com/mens-16-ct-dia…Less than a year later, the stone fell out. It was found, yesterday, I brought it in to be repaired, and was told the diamond broke, that is how it fell out. My conclusion is that the stone must been so inferior that a inclusions must have been so significant that it split. I have been very fortunate to have several diamonds, never once have I had one "fail". I contacted Zales, and they said 30 day return. INferior products don't buy. Replacement with a quality stone $1000.00, and rebuilt the crown to hold it in.BUYER BEWARE!

Zales was quite a disappointment with customer service. I went in and there was one customer and four people working there. One was an assisting customer and the other 3 looked at me and didn't want to "deal with it."

My wife and I want to commend Haley for her excellent customer service skills. We went to the Zales jewelry store at the South Shore Plaza mall in Braintree to get a watch battery replaced, and a gold ring cleaned. She presented us with a new gold ring with embedded diamonds, and persuaded us that the 70% discount was an opportunity we couldn’t miss. We bought the ring, and we love it so much! Thank you Haley! We do wish you the very best in your future endeavors.

Zales is an always go to store for top notch jewelry. I recently broke my chain to my necklace and was devastated, I just got it for my birthday. The sales clerks were amazing and very sweet. Especially the older woman who helped us out and gave me a replacement it really goes to show small acts of kindness can truly and sincerely make an individuals day.

Needed a tough bracelet sized for a watch. Jim was fantastic! Very kind and made the whole experience, although only for a bracelet sizing, thoroughly enjoyable. Will be stopping in for any of my future jewelry needs
