“Came here twice. First time was to look for a dress because I had a weeding to attend and Karen was absolutely the sweetest. She was so helpful and patient but I simply said I didn’t want the dress because I wanted to explore more options. They do not force you to buy anything you don’t want. I came back a few weeks after because I simply could not find a dress that suited me like the one I tried here in Queenia. Karen again was so attentive even suggested a few accessories to go with the dress! She was absolutely amazing! I highly suggest you ask for her. She is excellent, made me feel comfortable and knew what would flatter my insecurities. Thank you Queenia! “I had a great experience at Loft in Braintree recently. The Sales Associate that assisted me named Cathy helped me find multiple outfits that I love. I even got some compliments on them at work.
I would not have tried on some of the different selections she suggested to me because of my confidence level and lack of instinct when it comes to picking out clothes, but she encouraged me without any pressure to give them a try.
It was a successful shopping experience. I will be back.”
