My wife and I bought new phones, couldn't have been happier with working with Chris. He was patient (we're old), knowledgeable and thorough. Everyone else at the store was pleasant and helpful.

Went in with my mom to try closing our accounts and they simply gave us a number to call and refused to help us. The customer service agent on the phone was 10x more helpful.

I talked to a staff member here about getting an upgrade and they seemed very aggravated at the fact that I even walked in the store. Very unhelpful. I had a better experience calling into customer service.

It’s seems customer service at this location is non existing. I firmly believe the only reason this location lasted so long is because of the location it’s in (a busy mall). I came into this location because my iPhone 14 wasn’t able to accept calls. Without even looking at my phone the sales rep says”oh we don’t troubleshoot problems here we only sell devices”. This is the biggest joke I heard in my life. So I went ahead and made an appointment with the Apple Store the next day to have my phone looked at. Apple Store assured me that the phone is functional and it’s an issue on the carrier side. I had no choice but to go home to call version because the Verizon store “ only sells devices and not trouble shoot. The rep that I got on the phone very professional and was able to let me know that all I needed was to have someone activate the secondary sim which I’m sure the Verizon store rep could’ve told me if he even bothered to do his job and look. I’ve been with Verizon for 16 years and I always get the new apple device every year along with the 6 lines in my contract. But that will next continue when this contract is up because of the unprofessional staff I have to deal with when I come to this location every time.

I can't hear your whispering and mumbling employees who can't figure out how to do anything and force me to call Verizon corporate for you. Garbage place, avoid.

I went to the store to inquire about upgrading my phones. After I left, I received a text message from Verizon letting me know that Verizon Home Device Protection was added to my account for an additional $25.00 a month. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THAT CHANGE. When I called Verizon to cancel the unauthorized addition, I asked the rep where it was done. She said it was done at a Verizon store. The only store that I visited was the one in Braintree. I can only conclude that it was added, without my permission, while the salesman was reviewing my account. BEWARE!!!

I went in to store and was planning to change my plans to Verizon I stood there about 10 minutes, there were 4 employees and one costumer beside me they just try to make it seem busy and nobody ask me if I have a question or something so I left

Staff was helpful but the when I had an issue the manager was terrible. I had to transfer to a new phone which they charge for, whatever I paid. There were problems though the staff were great but it was 3 HOURS and multiple calls to corporate to figure out the issue. It was something that I obviously would not have been able to handle myself, so I asked for a refund in the fee. Not only did she immediately say no but she wouldn't even speak to me, just hid in the back. Verizon used to have the best network and good customer service which was why it was more expensive now they seemingly have neither. Not sure if it's worth the price anymore.

The service in this store is terrible. Wait forever for someone to assist you and when they do they have major attitude. Left this store and received great service at the Verizon Wireless store in the South Shore Plaza.

Sales rep Benson is a liar and a scumbag that misrepresented the changes he made to my bill and then when I went back told me he was powerless to change anything back and I need to call customer service.

I visited this Verizon store on January 21, 2023 after my phone fell and broke. Was helped by Ryan. I couldn't have asked for better service. Ryan knew exactly what he needed to do, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, especially since my broken phone made it very difficult to port information over to my new phone. I had a great experience at this Verizon location. Thank you Ryan! Also, there was another associate (don't know his name) helping a couple, and they were equally as pleased with him. Recommended.

Waiting for 15mins and not even one came up to ask if we need help or if we are here to purchase something or at least we will be with you shortly. But 2 people servicing 1 lady and chatting about what is not in store for 15min.Was in Tmobile for 10yrs and never had these issues. First week with Verizon and feels like a big mistake.The attitude these guys carry is ridiculous. Absolutely not helping and trying to put us in circles with the call center and store. Absolutely pathetic Verizon service.
