If you are in the Braintree area and don’t like talking to online robots/reps that aren’t helpful, I 100% advise for you to go see Daphne! Daphne keeps it real and straight forward. I was about 5 seconds away from canceling all things Verizon related until she assisted me with everything I could need related to my accounts. Can’t thank her enough. I’m a Verizon customer because of her.

Two weeks ago my phone was affected by malware. I went to the 5 Corners store in Braintree and was told I needed a new phone. No explanation was given of the costs or services I was going to be charged for the new phone. These ended up being $60 more than my existing plan. I am still not certain that I really needed a new phone. I then found that my emails were not coming through. I went back to the Braintree store and was told that I had to go to Comcast to get it fixed! Today I went to the Verizon store in Weymouth and got superb customer service. My e mail problem was fixed in 2 minutes. I asked to see details of my bill and then was able to remove $60 of unwanted services! There was also another woman behind me, who had the same problems with the Braintree store- her bill was excessively high and she also got services she did not want. I will never go back to the Braintree store again. They certainly do have very shady business practices. Avoid it at all costs! Margaret B

I was so bummed when I woke up this morning and discovered that my phone wasn't turning on today, so I thought I'd stop by a Verizon store and see if they could help me get it back in action. Temesghen greeted me immediately so kindly, which right away changed my mindset. Within just a few minutes, he was able to perform a soft-reset and my phone was operational again. I am so grateful for his fast and friendly help! I would recommend this store and especially Temesghen for any of these services here. Thank you so much!! :D

Daphne - was the employee that serviced me today! My experience was great! I was greeted when I walked in with politeness and a beautiful smile! Daphne answered my all questions and was professional. She offer an alternative for better options for my situation which was helpful. Overall I would recommend this location, thank you for the five star customer experience

Avoid this location at five corners unless you want to get scammed.When I added my wife to our plan, the sales person at the Granite St said they were running a deal where we could trade in her old phone and pay $200 to upgrade to a new model. Sounded like a good deal.Instead, they charged us for the new phone, took the $200 from my wife, and then applied a trade-in credit that only covered about 1/3 of the phone and applied it to our bill. The expense is well above what we were planning on. The store personnel told us to call Verizon. Verizon told us essentially that they couldn’t help.Once we’re done paying off the phone (that, mind you, we expected to own after trading in her old phone and paying $200) I can’t wait to switch wireless carriers. I had been a customer of Verizon for 16 years up to this point, and once the phone is paid off, I’ll be switching carriers.

I had a great experience getting new phones for me and my wife. Ron went above and beyond to get my phone situated after we ran into some problems getting the line upgraded. If I ever need help with my phone again I will be taking it to Ron as I know I will be in good hands!

Walked in for a scheduled appointment. This place doesn't have scheduled appointments even though the Verizon website had us scheduled one there.Ron was the gentleman who assisted us. 2 phones, laptop and accessories were eventual purchased. Ron was great. Phones ringing, customers interrupting and lots of questions by us and Ron handled it all. Great service by Ron.

We had a fabulous experience at this Verizon store. Ron was so helpful. He explained everything to us and made sure that we got the best possible deal. In less than an hour, we had 3 new IPhones and 3 new Apple watches under the current promotion. Ron have us an accurate estimate of the expected cost upfront. He made a normally complicated and frustrating process- simple, fast and fun. Highly recommend Ron and this Verizon location!

Had a great experiennce here that could have gone bad very quickly. Ronald and all of his colleagues were patient and very accommodating especially given the fact it was Black Friday. I can't say enough about them and their positive attitudes, even in very trying circumstances.

Ron is great!! Incredibly patient, professional and helpful. He helped setup 4 phones and transferred all our data for us.He even stayed 45 min past close.He is a HUGE asset to Verizon and highly recommended
