Few days ago (7/15) I was told by 2 other workers that I was purchasing nonslip shoes, ofc when I throw away my receipt that’s when I learn they are NOT non slips. A mistake clearly made by the store employees ¬ me.The Manager Maggie instantly didn’t care the 2 young women working that day lied to me, did not care that I had already called/spoke to somebody about the return prior to driving all the way to the mall, denied me any kind of useful assistance, no discount nothing, I was almost going to pay even more. Initially she couldn’t do anything, not in her power. only store credit & “I’m sorry” which fixes nothing! I grew a bit frustrated bc I didn’t need anything else in the store. I only came for non slips which they do not have.Ren went out his way to help me so much today!! He spoke to Maggie and in 30 seconds she suddenly could do a return?????? Mad suspicious. Million dollar company can’t do nothing wit $85……..? Exactly. But Anywho Thank you x A million!! He was extremely helpful and such a nice person!! I hope you work for yoself or somewhere ur manager won’t treat you like you are a problem when in reality u the SOLUTION & POSITIVE ADDITION! Nobody have cust service skills these days, you are worth more! Thanks again! The store itself deff sucks, pls kno ur shoe knowledge. Kindness and great cust service goes a long way. Trust!1 Star bc how u couldn’t help me then 5 min later u can smh. My life hard enough

Staff in this particular Vans store has always been very helpful everytime we shop there. Today, Wren went above and beyond to help me with the shopping and he is one of the best staff I encountered! Highly recommended this location for Vans!

I went into this location a couple of weeks before Christmas to get some shopping done. They had a few good sales running and I’m a big fan of the brand, however, as of now NOT the customer service. I had spent a couple hundred dollars in this store in 2 trips both on the same day and had a lot of items. To my surprise upon returning home one of the girl that’s had rang me up (Hailey or Chonca) had put in clothes that were not mine and had not included two items of mine. No big deal mistakes happen it’s a busy time of year. I gave them a call explaining the situation the girl on the phone was very nice and even offered to put the items they had removed on hold to help me for when I returned to the store. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have a mail back system considering I live nearly an hour and half away. Upon returning the the store about 1 week later as I had explained to the girl on the phone I would be doing. I would learn some news that was quite shocking. The first thing they had done was remove my items from hold and sold the remaining items in my size. They also informed me that they had given me the wrong receipt and couldn’t verify what else they charged me for. Huge red flag for a commission based store. They were also only able to take one return in the end which equals less then the amount of gas it took me to return to the store. The associate Krista as well as her unnamed male associate who helped me with the return clearly had little to no knowledge of the systems and were no help at all. All in all I’m extremely disappointed with the service and I won’t be coming back. As far as I’m concerned they are crooked for not supplying me with information necessary to prove they didn’t rob me of my money.
