Incredibly rude employees. The woman who works here has a permanent scowl on her face and is always so cursory. I only come here on occasion because it’s close but I won’t any more. I’ll go out if my way to avoid. The guy kicked a box three times to move it across the store.The lady slammed her hand so forcefully on a box that I jumped and my shoulders ache from tensing.When I asked the woman to put the reciept on the counter because it’s easier for me to pick up (I have eds and my fingers sublux easily), she glared at me, unmoving, reciept still held out. I finally asked again, but she heard me the first time.Just…there isn’t another business I can think of that I actively avoid because I get THIS stressed and even physically in pain going in. I find this UPS Store very rude employees. I have instructed to return a defected item (used for 4 months) back to the company using the QR code “Happy Return” to the nearest location so I went with UPS Store (Braintree, MA). Little did I know, I supposed to have “a tag” to the new item. They open the box and look for the tag but I told them this is defected items that I used for 4 months and instructed to get an exchange for a new item. Therefore this is not a new item, so I ask UPS what should I do? She just gave me an attitude and said ok you are all set. I wanted to know what is their processes and ask her what I need to know and if I can’t return it without the tag let me know so I can consult with the company but no explanations with just a rude attitude. I will not come here to return stuff again!
