Idalia was far and away the best salesperson we talked to, across 6+ dealerships! Personable, honest, helpful, and super knowledgeable about the specific car we wanted, even though we came in without an appointment. She also gave us an awesome walkthrough of all the features of the vehicle, stuff we never would have noticed on our own. And we were so so appreciative to work with a woman after so many frustrating men at other dealerships. Thank you Idalia!!

I visited for regular maintenance, but one of the advisors informed me that the service I had scheduled was inappropriate. This raises an important question: why is this service even available on your website if it’s not recommended? Is it a tactic to mislead customers or simply a way to get them to visit your service center?
To add to the frustration, after some time, the advisor told me that my car’s brakes had failed. I agreed to have them replaced, which cost me $594. However, the poor customer service continued—when I asked if my car was ready, the advisors were not in the office and had gone to get snacks from outside. It was only after I inquired that they finally checked and told me my car was ready. I had been waiting with my kids for a long time.
To make matters worse, the very next day, I started hearing noises from the brake pads, indicating that the work had not been done properly. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing.

The best place to buy a Toyota, period. Emmaneul H. was respectful and offered suggestions, never pushed. He was resourceful and suggested all the best options. Sunny Ahuja was super knowledgeable with the finances and did not over sell anything - respected my decisions every step of the way. They stored my car for almost 10 days until I got there to finalize the paperwork. Then they are willing to keep the car, after registration, for a few more days until I can pick it up. The experience was so superior compared to my other experiences that they have my highest recommendation.

Idalia was the one who helped me at first, extremely attentive, listens and tries to resolve all doubts. Sunny was the one who finalized the purchase, trying to resolve the entire sale until the end. The entire team is extremely polite and efficient. I am very happy with the service.

My wife and I came to this car dealership and we wanted to choose a new car. To be honest, we did not expect that they would help us so well and in such a short time. My recent experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. Instead of addressing the issues, the staff kept pointing fingers and trying to find someone or something else to blame. While everyone appeared busy and purposeful, it was clear they weren’t genuinely addressing the problems. The overall atmosphere felt unprofessional and disorganized. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking reliable and accountable service. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. After 2 hours i left with my issue unresolved and just an appointment set for another problem they made.

Waited a year for a car that I put a deposit on to “order” and they couldn’t fulfill it. And they will not let us test drive a Corolla. Pretty pathetic dealership all things considered. Staff knowledge is underwhelming so don’t expect a strong training team.
