“Was recommended by my neighbor to go and check out the Braintree location and ask for Tom and or Mark . I needed 4 new tires and a alignment etc. We'll I went there Thursday morning and and dealt with Tom and Mark. They were INCREDIBLE. They got me exactly what I needed . They didn't try and stick me with the most expensive tires known to man . They asked me how much I drive , highway, far distances etc . I told them what my driving habits were and what price range i wanted to be in. Both Mark and Tom got me 4 beautiful tires , highly recommend from what I saw online for that brand. 4 tires, mounted,balanced, 4 wheel alignment and road hazard insurance for a incredible price way in my price range and I was in and out in a hour . Unbelievably happy and satisfied and I will continue to go there for all my tire needs and highly recommend that location and dealing with Mark and Tom specifically.”

“I truely feel comfortable trusting Sullivan Tire in Braintree to handle whatever my car needs. I drop the car off and pick it up completed with competence and fairly priced. I recently had my Mazda 3 towed to the shop when it wouldn’t turn over to start. The battery was fine, the lights came on - the key fob even locked and unlocked the doors. Was it the starter? Hours later they called me having figured out that the key fob battery was not-quite dead. They changed out the battery and bingo, it worked. When I tried to pay, I was waved off with “no charge” generously proclaimed. They used their wits and common sense on my behalf instead plowing into an unneeded and expensive part replacement. I offer my highest praise.”

“Good experience every time. Over the weekend, one worker helped me adjust the air pressure in all four tires. No charge for the courtesy. He told me he could see a nail in one of the tires. I returned on Monday without an appointment to have the tire fixed. Within a few hours the tire was repaired. I really appreciated the prompt service and friendly workers.”

The crew read the code and informed us of the issue. It turned out to be a code about a transmission problem, which Firestone doesn't service, but the information was very helpful and the manager on duty was great.”
