“I truely feel comfortable trusting Sullivan Tire in Braintree to handle whatever my car needs. I drop the car off and pick it up completed with competence and fairly priced. I recently had my Mazda 3 towed to the shop when it wouldn’t turn over to start. The battery was fine, the lights came on - the key fob even locked and unlocked the doors. Was it the starter? Hours later they called me having figured out that the key fob battery was not-quite dead. They changed out the battery and bingo, it worked. When I tried to pay, I was waved off with “no charge” generously proclaimed. They used their wits and common sense on my behalf instead plowing into an unneeded and expensive part replacement. I offer my highest praise.”

The crew read the code and informed us of the issue. It turned out to be a code about a transmission problem, which Firestone doesn't service, but the information was very helpful and the manager on duty was great.”

“Car had a slow leak in one of the tires. Called in the morning and got a same day appointment. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole experience, and explained in detail what caused the leak and how it was repaired. Great experience can’t recommend this location enough.”
