Almost a decade ago, I sold my travel bag that I used to go to Palestine to my sister. And now that I have kids, I needed a new one big enough to hold most of our stuff on my back. The bright colors in the window caught my attention.The courteous staff answered all my questions, looking in the back to see if they had what I needed.They didn't, and instead of trying to sell me on something else. They recommended I just go to the online shop. Online didn't have any other colors other than what they had in the store. So I think I will go back and reward reward that young man with whatever commissions they get for sales.

I went in to the store yesterday to return a vest that was too big and planned on purchasing a ski jacket for myself, I asked the women which were best for skiing… she simply pointed and did not help, I asked again about which would be best and she pointed over to ski pants and said “you can look over there”, a man then did my return at the counter and I asked him if he had another jacket I had found in a different side he said no and so I went and put it back. He was no help, I then asked him what’s the best for skiing and he goes “the ones near the door” once again no help but a point. There was nobody else in the store but me and these two employees they were so rude and just dis not want to be there or help their customers make a purchase which was made clear. I simply left and will not be going back to that store.

Tried to go to the North Face store at the South Shore Plaza in Braintree after work yesterday and when I got there around 7:20pm~ I found this sign on the door. They did not indicate a time of when they went on break or were coming back and decided they would just close the store for as long as they wanted on Cyber Monday when the 30% off sale was ending. I was really looking to try on some coats since I’m not 100% on sizing and did not get a chance to because according to mall security “they put that sign up awhile ago, probably been at least 2 hours”.This is the worst customer service and experience I’ve ever encountered in my entire life and cannot tell you to avoid this store enough. Everyone who worked last night 11/27 at the North Face in Braintree should be fired. 0/10 experience.

My Brother purchased $400 worth of merchandise at this location for his fiancé and it was the wrong size. He went to exchange the products for something that fit - receipt in hand.The store manager Mr. Roy said he could not exchange the items or issue a refund. Instead of taking care of my Brother and making things right - he insulted and disrespected him. I’m not sure how this makes any business sense as my Brother regularly spends money at this establishment.My Brother took the high road and spent $300 more getting his fiancé the proper sized items and ended up giving the previously purchased non exchangeable items to his Mother and Aunt.Needless to say our family won’t be shopping here anymore and we will let everybody know our experience at this location.

Nice big store everything there authentic north face from parkas to bomber jackets & boots. My visit was nice & the store clerk on the floor was very helpful with getting anything I needed.

extremely bad customer service didn't buy anything due to it.. tried to get a gift card and at first they had no idea where they even were nor how to put the money on it. then there was the lack of knowing where a line was. very sketchy for no apparent reason
