Disappointed doesn’t even cover it! My first couple of experiences were nice and all the same when I’ve gone with my autistic son. Pick your own Brick experiences were fun and consistent with employees saying as long as the flap went over enough reasonably for them to tape there were no issues. This time employees were rude and said that wasn’t the rules. When I explained about my past two shopping experiences there within the last two months but I was willing to comply the cashier went and sought out their manager who was abrasively rude for no reason and in a sorts trying to embarrass me in front of the whole store by talking at me loudly so other patrons stared at me and my son felt overwhelmed by the managers actions by making him feel like he did something wrong with his filling up his box when his other experiences had been different and his large box size matched his past actions. The box lid was reasonably closing over more than half of its contents. Not sure what the motivations were but this store venture was unpleasant and not very customer friendly. How this was handle is inexcusable

While my son was shopping for Lego our 1.5 year old was checking out the bricks in the back. For some reason employee decided to make clear it’s a place for “buying not playing”… not sure what harm she was doing by touching some bricks.

I have been a LEGO fan for 55 years, although I love the brand, the store does not have such a variety of models.The exhibits are beautiful and very well set up, but they lack models.
