I bought a case with a circle pull out on the back for my son. After a week of normal use it broke off. I called and spoke to them to see if I could exchange it for a new one.They would not let me exchange it. If you are going to sell products you should at least back them up if they break. I would not recommend buying things from this store.

Guys, I accidentally come across this amazing repair shop. I was desperate, and frustrated when I broke my drone. I google so many places but I couldn't find one that I can go physically to take care of it. Then I found The Fix, nice people very professional. Now, I got to tell yall, they haven't fix the drone yet, but I still give them 5 stars for customer service and for being at the Braintree Mall. I will keep you updated on the actual service itself.

Had our ip14 pro had some water damage and they were able to fixed it. They actually put some effort to fixed it compared to the other two spot within the mall.
