This bank in Braintree is the worst TD BANK that exist, the most racist and they’re not helpful. This location needs to be shut down. I surprise they haven’t been sued yet. This bank definitely discriminates towards what they’re not use too. I believe this whole bank need customer service training and need to be taught how to treat people type of training. Please go to another branch as this is the worst branch in Massachusetts I promise you. The supervisor to the manager they all road blocks and do not follow protocol. I pray no will ever have to deal with type of abuse from anyone.If you’re not the right color they will lie to your face and tell they can do certain things but when you call corporate you get something different. All I’m saying is where you bank should have kind people, ready and willing to help in anyway. If you really need help go to a different TD bank. Remember I told you so nothing but the truth. This bank is not to be trusted they will lie to you and commit fraud. The manger to the supervisor to people at front desk. They stick together because they are a bunch incompetent thieves they do not help people if they don’t look like them. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH NOBODY IS HELPFUL AND THEY ARE A ROAD BLOCK

No service on this bank i was request a letter the process is like 1963 you have to go to the branch in after this letter take almost 30 days no service no no

As a long-time customer, I have nothing but positive things to say about this branch. I’m not sure where the negative comments come from. The tellers are kind, outgoing, friendly, and get to know your name. The bank manager is knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make things right. There’s good parking and the location is easy to find. The bank has better hours then BofA. I’m basing this review off of 18 months worth of interaction. Never once have I walked away disappointed. I’m not writing a comment after one unhappy interaction so I can vent my frustration. I’m leaving this review after giving TD Bank a sufficient amount of time to screw up. TD Bank has been awesome. They’re never rude, condescending, unkind, slow, or uninterested in my business. Next time you’re looking for a bank, I hope you consider TD BANK Braintree. I will still be bank in there and will probably say hi.

The bank is great, but Braintree location has the worst service. Management is not courtesy and not professional at all. Staff is so slow and not well trained. Esp Joe, he does not think when he processes transactions, making us stand waiting forever while he sorts all the bills. You can do it afterward, give me the receipt so I can leave. How long do I have to stand there and wait for you. This happen every single time I visit the branch.

Called to get change, got approval to come by the woman on the phone. Once I arrived was told they were unable to because I do not have a personal account. This should have been addressed while on the phone.

I’ve never in my life was spoken to by a person her name is Lilly also the manager of the bank he would not give me his name they are very rude and unprofessional if I could give a zero star I would this has to be the worst run bank in Boston that people are so rude and unprofessional I will never enter through the doors of this bank ever again also I will be withdrawn my funds and putting it in another bank I am going to close my own account down the way I have been spoken to it’s on necessary

Worst banking Services , From manager to all the employees need to be fired. Looks like all of them are high on some cheap drugs before they schedule. They are definition of washed and There is no cure for that.
