To say that this service was over and beyond would be a lie. We went in for a new line and left with a new line however we needed to return to the store as the number requested for said line was not the one provided. We had no idea nor were we informed how our monthly bill would change. I had to call T-Mobile over the phone to get the information needed. Representative looked uninterested and rushed us out as soon as he could. It truly felt like exceptional customer service was a thing of the past. If I can avoid stopping into a store, I will in the future.

They may have remodeled the store, but they need to make improvements on their customer service. Go to the other T-Mobile on the other side of the mall.

I think TMobile should close this location due to the rudeness of the staff. Staff was unknowledgeable & rude. They had a Samsung flip on display. When you use it the alarm goes off repeatedly & then the store employees are rude to you. Why display if you can't have customers try it.

I needed a quick fix to my phone that the TMO 611 line could not fix! I went to the Braintree store the following morning; the rep who helped me identified the problem immediately and solved the problem in less than 5 minutes by deactivating the app that was causing the problem...great guy, great store!

I am happy with the services at this store, located inside South Shore Place. Especially Nelson is nice and helpful. He gives the great customer services. I definitely recommend this store to everyone
