I recently bought jewelry for my upcoming wedding and I could not be happier with the service I received. Karla, swarovski's salesperson, was incredibly kind and helpful with her recommendations and suggestions. She remembered me from a previous visit, and took a lot of time to help me make my decisions. She is sweet, kind, incredibly attentive, intuitive, and generally I felt absolutely comfortable working with her. She's an all-star! Thank you Karla, for your great work and assistance! I truly appreciate your patience and sweet demeanor!

A beautiful store with consistently poor customer service; last year store manager lied to me about inappropriately using my email address, which I confronted. Because the beautiful merchandises I keep returning. This time condescending sales clerks. When I went in last week to survey the gift items, a clerk repeatedly called me ‘honey’. Today, I went in there ready to purchase the 2 items (total around $425.00) which I’d kept an eye on last week; another clerk called me ‘my dear’ for the third time before I walked out without purchase. They may consider these name calling friendly but they are not but disrespectful and demeaning. I don’t blame these clerks as much as I do their managers for providing them poor training for customer service.

I get a good experience most of the time.Usually after I show interest in a particular piece or ask about the men's line the service is a bit more attentive. Recently I walked In just to see what's available . Manela answered my questions and assisted me. I inquired about the men's line being discontinued And that I'm always looking for mens necklaces .Manela showed me a unisex collection the Millenia line. Although I was not prepared to make a purchase yet her service and the option with Afterpay she offered me secured a sale. I was excited to acquire one the last pieces on the last day of its markdown.I appreciate the time taken and the friendly service . Also the story is always presentable with good inventory

Terrible customer service! Purchased a ring from the store in August and now that ring is completely tarnished. The store will not allow me a refund on this product, although there is supposed to be a two-year warranty on their pieces. I called customer service and they were less than helpful. I would not recommend purchasing any of these pieces. Clearly the material they are using now is flawed and there is nothing you can do about it after purchasing. Staff is very rude and belittling. I have purchased many items in the past from this store and nothing like this happened way back then. I do not know what changed in their material but it is certainly a cheaper substance than what they used to use for their pieces. I do not recommend shopping at the store.

There was one stunningly attractive associate there. I think his name was Chai. He was extremely helpful and found the perfect gifts to give my parents. I'll definitely be returning for more items in the near future

The stores are clean, friendly and accessible. Food court while slow is amazingly yummy. My 3 kids and I were stranded in the parking lot and their security guards were Amazing!!!
