If I could give this zero stars I would.Imagine my surprise when I walked into the mall and saw nooses hanging from the ceiling supporting the clothing racks.NOOSES??!?! Why would you feel this is okay?Do you have no respect for the descendants of American chattel that built this country?This store is racist and complicit to Genocidal imagery of black Americans.SHAME ON YOU!!!

Saw some of the new collections online and wanted to see in person for myself! The Code Collection is my definite favorite. The staff were so helpful and assisted me with finding my true size. Brandi was very knowledgeable and clearly knew what she was doing, the other sales associates were also amazing and truly cared about my taste in clothing. All of my questions were quickly and clearly answered which let me know I was in good hands. I’m a new fan of Superdry and will for sure be sticking around!

Horrible customer service, extreme attitude from every associate in there when asked for help, horrible set up- clothes were everywhere nothing was stocked correctly or organized, dust on every article of clothing and extremely overpriced for the horrible quality of clothing they provide. The manager was hitting a juul pen in the store when I approached her to ask a question regarding sizes.

This store is always messy, dust everywhere including the fitting rooms. How am I supposed to change in a room with panty liner stickers stuck to the floor and dust bunnies the size of mice sitting in the corners, its like no one even works here.

I had stopped by the store fairly recently and I must say the experience was atrocious the staff was on their phones half of them weren't walking the sales floor to see if I needed anything and to which I had some simple questions but no one knew to due lack of concern for me as a customer I was looking for clothes for myself and for my brother for his birthday but without any sense of care for me as a customer I was concerned to deal with even any possibilities be it if something were to come up the experience while talking to the person on register was dry and felt like I was being looked through even when I tried to be polite from a person who works sales I didn't experience a hello upon entering or even the help that I needed for a nice outfit or whatever as far as it goes staff wise the place that I expected to be great from friends experiences ended up being horrible it would've been better to have a self checkout within the store so I would atleast understand that something was doing its job and not talk to me or acknowledge me I won't ever be caught in that store again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store manager Brandi went above and beyond helping me put together a few outfits for vacation. Best service I’ve had in awhile!!!!!

I thought the staff was absolutely terrible. There was one specific employee, I think I heard someone say her name was brandy. She was mean and not friendly at all. Looked absolutely miserable with no smile on her face at all. The staff looked new, I was in there a couple of months ago and I remember specifically two individuals who went above and beyond for myself and my son. Their names were Tyran and Daisica, you need more people like those two. Next time, if I come in and see that other girl I will turn and leave and take my business elsewhere. Terrible experience this time around.

Absolutely repulsive store, I couldn't believe my eyes when I first stepped inside, extremely untidy, staff were all on their phones, managers were absolutely nowhere to be found, and when I tried to go to the dressing room to try on the dusty and repulsive clothing, I saw a huge mouse coming out of the corner of the room. Will not be returning and will alert others of my horrible experience.

Staff is amazing especially Diasica and Tyran I think their name were. They provide amazing quality service. Will go there again.
