I truely feel comfortable trusting Sullivan Tire in Braintree to handle whatever my car needs. I drop the car off and pick it up completed with competence and fairly priced. I recently had my Mazda 3 towed to the shop when it wouldn’t turn over to start. The battery was fine, the lights came on - the key fob even locked and unlocked the doors. Was it the starter? Hours later they called me having figured out that the key fob battery was not-quite dead. They changed out the battery and bingo, it worked. When I tried to pay, I was waved off with “no charge” generously proclaimed. They used their wits and common sense on my behalf instead plowing into an unneeded and expensive part replacement. I offer my highest praise.

My tire light come on. I thought I added air to all tires. I arrived at Sullivan Tires at 7:30 am greeted by friendly staff member. I was seen immediately for top off my tires. I found out I was taking air out lol. Within 2 minutes I was on my way with air in all tires! Fast and friendly service.

Terrible policies and service. I dropped my car off on Thursday at 4 o’clock and left it until Tuesday at 7:30 AM. I was out of town camping and had no phone service out there. They left me one message on Friday afternoon asking me to call them back. I did not get the message until Monday night when I got back from camping. The problem is that when I dropped off the truck I told them it’s approved and that I’ll be away. They know that I am a mobile dog groomer that needs my truck and It’s hard to get it in for service. I explained to them that I wanted a brake job and transmission service letting them know that I wasn’t gonna be around. Apparently, they still needed approval for the work so nothing got done. This is the second time that this has happened to me where I drop off my truck and they do nothing. The last time they didn’t tell me, they couldn’t do the inspection because their machine was down. They just let me come and pick up my truck and let me know that they did nothing. I will never go to Sullivan again they would’ve had $1000 and instead they decided to do nothing.

I had my car tested and know what the issue is and what needs to be fixed in car and they said they can’t go by what other places said they have to charge me 170$ an hour and do their own diagnostics???? Yeah no .

I always feel I recieve excellent service at Sullivan Tire. Fair prices, fast turnaround times on repair and fantastic customer service from all of the front of store staff. I definitely feel they go above and beyond with every trip I make with all three of my vehicles.

I have brought my vehicles to Sullivan Tire for the past few years for various repairs and I always use the location on Ivory St., Braintree.The staff at this location is always helpful, courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make sure that I understand what needs to be done and why and let me know what they see that may be an upcoming issue.This location has a great crew and the manager Patrick is awesome.Thanks!
