They have a wide variety of office supplies and other items for presents. It is convenient that they have shipping! Also, recently, I just saw they have TSA application available on site.

I visited the Braintree store for TSA and passport photos for my child and me. It is the last time I will go to that store.
Employee #1 was unfamiliar with the camera and greatly struggling. I pointed out that her photos were not straight on and crooked. She kept trying then eventually called for someone to help her.
Employee #2 insisted passport photos required our hair must be tucked behind ears. (UNTRUE.) I respectfully disagreed but she pressured us by telling us they will not accept our applications if we don’t follow her directive. She repeatedly instructed us to pull back our hair more, put it behind our shoulders, and tucking it all back more and more. The photos came out AWFUL and I should have walked out right then. She brushed off my disappointment and dissatisfaction with her response that they all look like this and “Nobody likes their passport photos.” (Actually, I DO like my last two passport photos AND all but one of my license photos from the past 30 years!)
I stood in another area of the store examining them and trying to convince myself it’s fine when Employee #3 came over to ask if I needed anything. I told him I was not satisfied with the photos and just like Employee #2, dismissed my feelings by saying the same thing— “Nobody likes their photos.” I showed him both our old passports and said, Actually, I DO like these, to which he just shrugged and told me I won’t notice when it’s printed out. I explained my hesitation to pay $15 when I’m not happy and he corrected me that Staples’ price is $17.99. Honestly, it’s been 10 years and I hadn’t checked prices beforehand but since I was surprised, he told me “That’s how much they are EVERYWHERE.” This was also UNTRUE STATEMENT. They cost $16.99 at Walgreens and CVS, $14 at UPS, and $12 at AAA. I should have checked earlier but got them done at the same time due to convenience.
I ended up paying for the two sets of photos I HATED because I felt pressured and was made to feel that my knowledge of passport photo requirements was wrong and my feelings of disappointment was invalid.
Braintree Staples, please value your customers by teaching your employees how to use a camera if they will be doing TSA/passport photos, becoming familiar with policies and regulations of U.S. government photos, and respecting customers’ opinions.
(I ended up going to Walgreens in Brockton for a new set and I love that picture! Just got my passport yesterday and I’m happy I went to Walgreens, even though I had to pay again. They are much better quality and the guy only needed to take one shot!)

When I ask the customer service and the print section, nobody come to help me. I have to wait for long time and when she come to help me, she didn’t help me at all. She didn’t do anything. I asked her because the printer is not good. The ink is not good. The copy come bad And she didn’t help. It’s very bad service.

Our printer broke and we had to print some documents for the next day. Went to Staples and printed 20 pages for a total cost of $12.73; nothing fancy, just plain white paper. Ridiculous price but we had no choice.

Print department has one employee and she could care less if your order is ready. Even though they have a premium service for an additional fee. Go somewhere else

Terrible experience in the print shop. I will never use the Braintree store again. Too many people with big cow chips on their shoulders and others who dont know what they're doing given a simple task. Will never buy a thing there ever after being a loyal customer for more than 30 years. They screwed up a simple job and I had to have them redo a picture 3 times. They kept making it smaller and tried to charge me for their mistakes.

I just went there to ask questions regarding a poster and the two managers ignored me. They were serving another white lady and did not even care at all. This is so frustrating to be treated like you’re not human just because of your skin color.

Unfortunately, in addition to the long wait, people are not collaborative.

The customer service at the printing area was atrocious. Samantha would not come and help you unless you continuously bugged her about issues with the printers. She was on her phone and didn't want to be bothered.

They're lacking very basic supplies. Better off going online.
