Tough they ok but they are not , brought 2 car there for one of replacing one tire and one of them flat tire came home keep losing air brought back twice same problem end up bring to different tire shop they this people didn’t seal it good, not recommend, will never come back just wasting the to come this tire shops it horrible

called to have a new tire put on my rim as i had gotten a flat. They said they couldn't help me as i told the guy i bought the tire online. He didn't let me finish i bought it from The Tire Rack, a company that sells excellent product. The new tire was over 200 dollars and it matches the other three on the truck. I needed it put on my five hundred dollar rim and balanced. The guy immediately dismissed me as some yahoo who bought a fifty dollar death tire online. I took it to another tire shop and it was put on and balanced and they even took off my spare and put on the new tire!! that's good customer service and i didn't care what it cost it was very convenient. The guy was dismissive and a jerk. I thought you were a tire company ?? here's a tire i'll pay you to put it on a rim and balance it and if you could put it on my truck!!' simple right Oh i have to pay 20 percent mark up and buy the tire from you!! no thanks

Mike and the rest of the crew at sonny Johnson's are the best I've ever had experience with. I drive a lot for work so I tend to need vehicle repairs and service more than the average person. I've dealt with a lot of places through the years and sonny Johnson's is by far the best. They take good care of you and do tremendous work. Love this place. I will only use these guys for as long as I have a car.

Because now I put it again 4 new tires I had to pay $1000 again because In October you put in my car 4 junk tires when I told you you said I have bad transmission. Thanks
